Very nice a bit expensive but very nice located.

Very clean, quiet and friendly.

Hotel is OK. Parking space scarce.

Nice hotel good room. Door rattles Though if someone goes on the Fluhr, parking is only for an extra charge and generally I find the prices of the rooms a bit too high.

The Hotel is located near ZOB Esslingen and the older city, pretty good location. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and my room was clean and nice. Wifi is free and fast. Breakfast could be be s little bit more diverse.

Located near the main train station in the city center. Old hotel but in an OK condition. The breakfast is very lacking.

Rooms quite ok. Small but nice. In the bath in the sink, the water is not expired.

Very disappointing. Booked 2 rooms with air conditioning for mid July, no air con in either room. Once we checked in the receptionist left, so there was no one on duty to resolve the issue. We had to leave the windows open all night. There is a football pitch across the road where young people were playing music until 2am, and then football matches started at 8am the next morning. Terrible nights sleep. The next morning I was grudgingly offered 5% discount because of the broken air con, which I pushed to 10%. The rooms were ok otherwise. There was some open parking to the rear of the building, but it's not guaranteed. Not particularly cheap either, I stayed in far better hotels costing less on that journey. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Prima is a quiet city centre location, perfect S-Bahn Connections to Stuttgart (13Min), friendly and helpful staff, nice + clean rooms, delicious Breakfast. What is there to add? Nothing, everything was perfect. At any time, perhaps in the spring, there should Esslingen also be beautiful.

Positive: Nice staff, very nice decoration (Weinachtlich), full Breakfast, Family atmosphere, very Central. Negative: quite dark rooms and old worn-out furniture. The Breakfast room is very small and very restless. Separate beds (for a romantic getaway for two is not desirable). The double room cost with reservation of 95 euros, which is fine. Upon arrival without a reservation, probably as I've read 146 euros, which is too much.
