Die Krone Hotel

I ate there and, as always, I am very satisfied. The food is very versatile and also prepared for the eye. There, natural ingredients are still used and a real beef broth is served, for example. I can only recommend the crown in Staufen.

This place is a gem, in the centre of Staufen full of history. The owners will welcome you lovingly. The food is very good. And because it is better to book for a place.

You can eat very well in the crown. I was here last night trying out the new crown menu for January. Everything fit. First there was a greeting from the kitchen, it was a little soup, then you could choose between a black root cream soup or a garden of Scottish salmon fillet. As the main course, there was a pink fried veal hats and as a dessert apple cuechle. Everything was perfect. The whole menu includes 0, 5 litres of water and 0, 25 l of Grauburgunder is available for 36 euros. Of course, there are other delicious dishes. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Get a room with a balkony with a vieuw of the amazing hill with the castle and vineyards. That alone is enough.

Friendly staff and gracious inn keeper hostess. We did not have a reservation, they were very busy at the supper hour and the hostess owner settled us into a very cozy room. Delicious meals in family friendly environment. Cannot wait to return.

We loved this hotel and little town. We wish we had stayed just one night. We had a wonderful meal in the hotel right after we arrived. We drove here and was able to have a parking lot right in the back of the hotel. The space is limited so you need to reserve early and make sure. Otherwise, it is possible to park in a public parking somewhere else. The kids sharing a room of 3 bed with a cute little balcony with a view to the town. The staff were very friendly. On next day we are leaving, we found a bakery store and bought some bakery and Black Forest cake to enjoy on the following trip. We asked if they have some recycled utensil we can use on the road, they managed to find some and ran to us while we almost drove out. This is also a very lovely town and friendly people. We definitely will visit and stay longer if we have a chance in the future.

I had a great experience at the Krone, the food and the staff were great! The next time I visit Germany again I will stay at the Krone.

The Restaurant Die Krone is really a restaurant off standards for food lovers. A perfect service and a kitchen of dreams for lovers. A real pleasure at very reasonable rates. After more than a 10 in meals, we can ensure that quality has never released. A culinary discovery at each visit and pleasure rarely equalled by the service both by the finesse of the kitchen. A well deserving the star restaurant. A reference for the Germany and especially for the France.
