Was everything very good except for the room. It was extremely warm. Despite the blower of a fan.

A one night stay… Nice friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Sadly I didn't get to try out the spa facilities, but it was a great experience. I look forward to come back.

Nice pictures on their website. But no pool at the hotel. You have to pay to access the thermal area at 200m. No air conditioning in the rooms. In short one night for the price of 5 nights hotel in an air-conditioned ibis. Border town and we don't speak French. Go your way.

Everything was good… clean room, relaxing nights, buffet breakfast übig just delicious… You can easily kompinieren with the thermal baths… again…

Very nice resort a little outside Freiburg… Was at a congress there, the Dorint Hotel has taken care of everything and created a very pleasant atmosphere.

Really nice hotel! Perfect for relaxing weekend, with a thermal bath close by. The staff is really friendly, the rooms are very clean and quiet! The TV has a USB and a HDMI input, in case you want to bring your own movies. For eating I recommend the restaurant at the bath instead of the hotel, if you're looking for a slightly less fancy version. The food is very good in both places.

We stayed for one night at the Dorint Hotel in Freiburg.
At the check in we were told that the table reservation for our dinner was forgotten in the internal restaurant.
This was very annoying in that we had been on business all day and were looking forward to a cosy evening in the restaurant.
We were offered a place at the bar.
The room was fine.
We were disturbed by the fact that the bathroom was closed with a glass door. And very noisy. So that the privacy could not be adhered to.
Our highlight was the buffet breakfast. Where there was a very good selection of food.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was not continuously available. Which was a bit of a hindrance to us.

My favorite hotel ever. Very chic and modern. Very friendly staff. All are very helpful. Quiet location, everything very clean. The breakfast is the hammer.

I found it awful there, for one thing the waiter has blasphemed with us about other guests! The staff were very friendly and helpful. And if you want to pay for 1, 5 hours, if you want to get noticed after a while, the waiter even complains! Was there several times and it was always more than bad. Service under village bar level.

Good service, no à la carte restaurant during the Christmas season, thin walled, extremely well equipped fitness area.

Very far from the 4etoiles for which we pay. No welcome worthy of the name. You unload your own baggage. No service. To avoid for this price. The free internet to reset as soon as we leave the room! Cleanliness of the rooms and housekeeping to be desired.

Beautiful hotel in the forest away from the city. Friendly welcome in German and English. Great room. Great breakfast I recommend.

Secluded from the historic centre of Freiburg (15/20 minutes car). The rooms should be improved in cleanliness. In the photo I show you the headboard of the bed for two days in a row. Our deceased friend was there when we arrived and we didn't want to take it off.
Very nice Hotel with comfortable rooms. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel and free of charge. The bar with acceptable prices (on the 4 * line in Germany).
Filth in the room. Away from the city centre, which will force you to travel by your own means or taxi. The Bus (20 minutes without traffic and 15 minutes walking, so it takes to discard it). The hotel should have a service to bring customers to the center, for example 2-3 times a day. Receptionist too impersonal for my taste. They don't speak any Spanish.

Great hotel but third floor rooms are small.

No A/C and we have west facing room, so very hot in afternoon. Need reservation for meals, you can walk in but they let you know you should have made a reservstion. Food cost a little high, but this is a resort. Desk staff a high point. They all were excellent.

First class place to stay — night staff are amazingly friendly and all speak english.

The hotel is beautiful but the gym and pool open to late and close to early. They also do not have a money exchange to assist foreign travelers.

The bed was very comfortable; Impeccable cleanliness of the bathroom; Spacious room. I really enjoyed the discount for the spa as well as the linens and bathrobes made available. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied.

We had a great relaxing weekend. Hotel really great, the rooms very clean and the staff very friendly. The small addition rates reduced for the baths and the tunnel to access it.

It was a very nice hotel, but it was a very pleasant place to be.
What is great is that you can go to the baths in bathrobe directly from the hotel (access to the thermal baths is in addition to 16, €5) The Wi-Fi is limited and the connection not very good, it is a weak point.
The environment is calm and soothing, the hotel is surrounded by forest.

We came here for a few days holiday in Alsace and we had a wonderful stay. The service is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet can be really seen! Great selection at a very affordable price. An absolute cream of the crop was that we randomly got an upgrade for the room and landed in the South-West facing balcony suite, of course. In this respect, I can forgive all around 5 star for the room and the entire stay!

Service in the restaurant, reception and bar were great, food was plentiful, delicious and varied. Unfortunately, I have a point, which I never liked. The Spa Hotel… But the baths not at a really high price included. Also when I out went to to get me out of my room, I had to pay the Spa new. You should revise it for guests. Otherwise all in all a hotel in a quiet location to relax.

A good Hotel. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

No room air conditioning. So don't go when warm. Breakfast average. Not walking distance to city.

What remains are the memories, and find yourself in a happy Smile again — or in a sense of dream, which makes the lightness of Being trace… and the soul wings … M E R C I for these moments gives!

Were from the office as to eat, and colleagues have stayed there. Have a nice evening and the food in the Restaurant also. Great.

Very good service, nice rooms, but not at all worth the money. E. G. No free W-Lan, no breakfast, no Sauna and other services/facilities included which one can easily expect from a hotel of this class.
