The Black Forest Hotel, which is well connected to the Best Western chain, has come into the years.
Spacious and newly furnished, large rooms. Clean and handsome.
The bathroom, however, was not according to the latest furnishing standard and the shower cubicle had the known mold-occupying corners where the cleaning service does not penetrate.
Nice furnished small bar with the usual cocktail offer.
The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.
The play area on the terrace has the best time behind.
Staff nice and accommodating.
The bottom line is probably the best hotel in this category on site, but not the newest.

No regrets, everything was perfect.

Just great, we stayed with our Kids 2 & 7, 5 days there with half board.
Great location in a great very child friendly, generally all very friendly, always satisfy the guest. Although the house was full, among other things also with many kids everyone always had a nice smile over and always an open ear.
Very clean room, pool, sauna all in all fully satisfied. Very tasty food, 3 speed evening menu was a delight every day, adapted with Kidsmenüauswahl. The play corner for the kids a nice bonus we'll be back. Thanks for the nice time.

Best place around miles. Nice big room. Very good breakfast. Quiet. Best possible accommodation in a relatively large area. Parking facilities for vans and high vehicles only limited available.

We felt very comfortable. Here is also well heated, we felt very pleasant. Very family friendly hotel. For employment of children at any age what is available. Room Super. Only at breakfast only once was the service, then no more. That was a pity. Otherwise well cared for. Plus also the table trash which we have always missed somewhere else. Unfortunately, fruit and vegetables were obviously no longer fresh.
All in all it was very nice here, would love to come back.

Modern nice family room, bathroom something in the years come. The spa area with pool and sauna a bit older but perfectly OK. Very friendly staff. All in all I would come back.

Our entire family (20 people) has spent Christmas at the Best Western Black Forest residence. It was just wonderful. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was perfect. We have experienced a really great Christmas, thank you very much to Mrs Wiengarn and Mr. Wiengarn. You really have a great hotel.

The views from this hotel are fantastic. We were here after it had snowed, and it was like we were in a Christmas postcard! The breakfast, which is included in your stay, is phenomenal. My only little complaint is that the blackout curtains are really more for decoration. They don't span all the way across the windows. They had all of the balconies decorated with lights, which was cute… from the outside. Not so cute when I'm trying to sleep and there are a bunch of lights on my balcony.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with heating, the scenery outside the window is great, staying in the evening snow, wake up in the morning to see the snow, unforgettable. You can park outside the door for free, which is perfect for self-driving cars. Restaurant atmosphere is very warm, here to enjoy a delicious dinner, tomato soup and cheese onion soup super good taste, breakfast is also very satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful rooms and views. Most if not all service staff are multilingual. Probably THE best, Best Western you'll ever encounter. Rooms are spacious and appear to be maintained very well. Large, in-room bathroom with a bathtub. On-site restaurant and bar with a magnificent view of Triberg. Conveniently located near many attractions and access to public transportation. Upon check-in, you will receive a guest pass that entitles you to unlimited, free fare on public transportation and admission to many area attractions. The on-site restaurant offers dishes for any dietary restrictions, namely vegetarian options. If you're not quite up for eating in the restaurant, room service is available!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Triberg. The smallest room is still very big. Nice view. Nice location. Near waterfall.

Everyone is giving this hotel good reviews because of the area it's in. Yea it looks nice but that's not what the review should be based off. The hotel rooms a disgusting, the carpets have nasty white stains all over from front door all the way to the bed. Theirs no way you can walk around without shoes on and not feel disgusted. They definitely need to update their rooms Floor. My bed sheets had grey stains on them very small but still their. The bathroom had a wet rag smell on top of whoever cleaned the room decided to leave their hair laying around everywhere. And to top it off their "free high speed internet" is complete garbage. Breakfast was good dinner is over priced and staff seemed a little friendly but I still wouldn't stay at this hotel until they fix what should be basic common sense things.

Fairly up to date hotel with a phenomenal view. While I didn't take advantage of the spa/pool, I did note that they looked nice. There are several places for kids to play including a play room. The included breakfast is good, with a selection of meats, cheeses, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, and cereals. My two complaints are that the front desk attendant was not terribly friendly (she seemed almost offended whenever I asked a question or for something), and that the beds, in Best Western fashion, are harder than is to my tastes. Otherwise the rooms were good, the view better, and the location excellent.

Very family friendly hotel. English speaking staff. High up on a hill so the view is amazing but the drive up from town is a little daunting. Covered parking lot so you can just walk around. Balconies on some rooms, we had an amazing view of the town and surrounding forest. Rooms are spectacularly clean and modern, just beautiful. Didn't get to try the breakfast as at around 9am most of it was gone. Nice dining area as well. Highly recommended hotel, we will definitely go back.

It is a very nice location. The rooms are fabulous, as well as the food.

On a bike tour here has returned. Large room with balcony. Sauna and swimming Pool can be used. And the bike was also housed. Top! 70 euros the night.

Were with our two children and parents five days here. Beautiful location with a view of Triberg. Modern and newly furnished rooms with lots of space and GREAT beds! Bathroom and Sauna are not a Highlight but absolutely ok, clean and welcome after a long trip in the black forest. The Best Western plus in Triberg lives, from our point of view, mainly due to the dedicated and personal guidance and the nice staff who are always on the spot. All together a successful nearly a week in the black forest. Thanks to Boss and Team.

Internet very poor to unusable (requires to start a account with unknown company that require a email to be sent BUT never arrives then locks you out, now expecting junk mail), this place advertise FREE Wi-Fi, but not free, rooms ok, price $$$$$, location near top of hill, €3 for car park overnight, noisy from hallway. Walls are paper thin.
