Something noisy at the open window towards the street. Otherwise, but super clean, nice, breakfast is BOMBE (fresh scrambled eggs and bacon to order).

The food was always very good, the wines well assorted, and the people, to spoil the us there is very nice.

We drive more mals a year to the Black Forest and combine the journey with a visit to the deer, because the excellent food in the deer tastes so good to us. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is very clean. Price and performance fit.

We would forget and after just under an hour we got our food without a word of apology. I had rump steak the very well fried true sauce however totally salted. My wife had asparagus and sea bass sauce was unfortunately totally salted. For me, a huge disappointment.

A beautiful eatery. First friendly operation. Food rich, but tastes like finished products. After my request, of course, that would be denied, but we were no longer served. That is our opinion.

Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys nature and would like to have peaceful and relaxed days. The restaurant serves the best steak among other specialities. Cozy, comfortable and clean bedrooms with breathtaking views. Great Sauna, yummy breakfast and cheerful service.

Had booked for one night. Were super satisfied. We felt right at ease. Were received in a friendly way and the breakfast was delicious and versatile. Come there again, certainly.

It's a beautiful place. The room is clean, large and quiet. The breakfast offer is rich. Unfortunately, the inn and rooms are not wheelchair accessible. It's kid-friendly here.

Nice hotel. Spacious confortable rooms. We had a cute patio to relax in the evening drinking some beers. Excellent, generous complete breakfast with best quality ingredients including fruit. Cheese. Sausage. Muesli. Fresh scrambled eggs or soft boiled. Exceptional kitchen. Gourmet cuisine for dinner-not on mondays. Large menu choice. Very tasty main courses. Meat fish. Duck… and desserts. Each course was a culinary experience. I recommend the whole fried trout with almonds. Butter. Parsley and potatoes. Also great desert. Chocolate cake with mango and vanilla ivr cream. Great holiday with a culinary experience!

Nice hotel with a nice view of the mountain. The rooms are clean and spacious. And we eat well. Just the service is a little slow, but it's worth it. I recommend.

Good place for a weekend getaway!

The room was reserved months in advance on a quota of a wedding. Two weeks before the wedding was not communicated to us, that we would have the room but, since they would have been charged with the reservations. Unreliable as it can get.

Visit with a toddler for lunch. Us was clearly shown that we were not. The friendliness of the operation lies greatly to be desired. All tables was a good appetite desired, except for our. We would be with a screaming child arrived, you could get the behavior possibly understand. But this was not the case. The food was ok (mixed salad with Turkey breast, mixed salad and Small soup) although we are already far better have eaten for the same price.

After we Triberg coming several Local not have visited (er face-Po-Sa on the menu : Horror, neutralize; Even more Creepy), we have the deer come as a surprise — in a positive as well as negative ways. Absolutely, positively the quality of the food. Obviously freshly prepared, well in the sense of to eat just the right fit seasoned, beautifully prepared. Negative: The Service. Not the staff but the wait. 40 minutes until the main course are also with careful preparation too much. And our next table — 2 persons — ordered BEFORE us and got his main course, as we already had finished. If such delays occur, should the Restaurant to respond — for example, with the famous greeting from the kitchen, the occasional Hints that it might take a little bit longer, or a little Zwischenhappen. After a double-Westwegetappe (Kniebis — Hausach), we were very kindly received. The food was very good and rich (but also a bit more expensive). The accommodation was in a separate guest house, clean, quiet and large. From the traffic of the main road, we have heard nothing. The Breakfast is 5€/Person, very cheap and very rich! All in all, very recommended.
