Big room, good service. The hotel were fully booking when we arrived but the staff is trying to find parking space for us. We also enjoy the breakfast time, all we need to do is sit there and eat whatever you want, no need to move around to get your food. It was pity that we missed the breakfast in the other day as we need to leave earlier to catch the earlier flight. We enjoy our stay!

An excellent hotel with great service, great rooms and an exposed location. However, the parking situation for guests is far from optimal. But that should be dealt with. The breakfast buffet was relatively manageable, despite all this very tasty. Unfortunately, the evening restoration is missing here. The centre of Heidelberg is just a few steps away.

A really great hotel with a wonderful view of the heart of Heidelberg! It was just perfect for getting ready for our big day, our wedding party on Saturday in a stylish ambience, with a great view, excellent service and an eye for details, when a bottle of sparkling wine and super delicious macarons awaited us on returning at night! This is definitely worth a 5 star review! Thank you very much!

Wonderful hotel with fantastic suites overlooking the castle and river. Lovely, personal service that is hard to find in the big hotel chains. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else while in this charming town. Top notch and luxurious all the way.

Das Zimmer war groß, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig. Mann konnte Gespräche des Nachbarzimmers mithören. Die Lage war phänomenal. Preis Leistung noch gerade so vertretbar.

Very friendly and competent staff, top clean rooms and an all-round excellent service. Happy again.

My husband and I booked a room at the Heidelberg Suites for our 3 year anniversary. We have had an incredible experience here and now we don't want to leave! The staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to cater to your every need. Our room is amazing, and so close to some very cool shops and delicious restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are so nice, the shampoos and body wash that they provide smell heavenly, and the breakfast that was offered was delicious! We are absolutely staying here again when we come back to visit. Our fantastic experience was worth every penny (and probably more).

As others have mentioned, the staff were great. They were very helpful and a real pleasure to talk to. We stayed in one of the suites in the separate building, which has a wonderful view of the river and the castle — absolutely fantastic. The room was nice, with a large wooden table and small kitchenette area. The bathroom was lovely and overall, the apartment was nicely decorated. The bedroom was a little on the small side, but ok. There were some niggles — parking can be a problem and may sometimes cause some delays whilst they move other cars around to make room to leave. There were problems with the coffee maker and TV, but that wasn't a big issue. However, lack of Wi-Fi in the separate building (other people had problems, not just us) was annoying. I had to do some work and just tethered my phone for internet access on my laptop — but that's really not ideal. Overall — a lovely place and we would stay again.

Great location, very good staff, excellent hotel.

If I based this review solely on their customer service and hospitality, I would easily give them 5 stars. The staff went out of their way to make everything as enjoyable as possible. Additionally, the breakfast, for the size of their facilities, was really great. I really enjoyed the omelets. Here are the main issues I had with the place: 1. Bugs. Okay, it's summer and I understand that the bugs are out, but none of the windows in the room we stayed in for our first night (#27) had screens. So our options were to stay a bit warm or have some new bugs joining us every few minutes. We had five spiders when we arrived: ( 2. The room we stayed in the second night, their Sky suite, had old electronic systems. The Wifi connection wouldn't connect at all. The sound systems for the balcony and room had no way to connect our own music to listen to. An aux cable or sound dock would work very well. In this room, the view is unbelievable. I was saddened to see plastic flower all the way around on the balcony. The smell of hot plastic wasn't nearly as pleasant as live flowers or shrubbery would be. 3. The first morning we had the cleaning crew come into our bedroom twice before we got up. A simple "do not disturb" sign could've solved this. We had one on the second room we stayed in.

Outstanding place not up to the scratch in little details (which you could expect for such a high rated hotel) which have an impact on the overall impression. Such as: — little bits of dust on the sideboards — room was quite tiny — no lift so hard accessibility — our suite was in a separate building — minimal extras provided in the room.

Before I moved to HD pulled, I have HD on a WE visited and stayed here. Unique, like luxury, best Service and comfort together seamlessly. RESPECT! Would have 6 stars given ;-).

The hotel itself is located in top location, parking must be one extra bezahlen. Hatte the standard suite, really nice, not this standard hoterlzimmer-style. Bathroom bit small but ok (with bidet! ).
beautiful Sun terrace, frühstücks — and loungzimmer nice set up but this design I find a nearly. Geschmackssache bit "too much"! free bike-rental, the old town is the hot tub behind the hotel to highlight is quick to erreichen. Das! really awesome!

Unfortunately it was not much with the cleanliness! I want to not so petty be but at a price by almost €300 I can expect something more:
Hot plate was full lime stains
-a light in the "living area" did not work
-fekalreste on the toilet brush
-subjects of both desserts were extremely dusty
sheets was despite visible stains not replaced after the first night
luggage was taken while in the room, the day of departure no one cared but
breakfast for €15 the biggest joke was, a small Käse — and sausage plate müsli, fruit and yogurt, that's it!
under the what I've hoped for cut unfortunately!
