Very nice Staff and beautiful modern Hotel in beautiful Countryside. Great for Hiking and Nordic Walking. It was a very nice Weekend!

Spent one night. Comfortable room, nice breakfast. Good experiance in general.

Unworthy of a 3 *, we slept on a Clic_clac! Very uncomfortable. The bathroom dates from another era, brown linoleum with plaid, shower with a disgusting curtain! No mini bar in the room! And what about the staff who of course do not speak French but really makes no effort to understand you. Extremely disappointed, I advise against this place.

Booked through Groupon with admission to the spa. It was worth it. The hotel is very nice, everyone is mega nice, our room was very comfortably furnished and really clean! The breakfast room is great and the buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Even until just before the end of breakfast time, the sausage is replenished.
Everything you can do and enjoy it again and again.

We were there on Groupon voucher. Of course, the classic two-bed rooms were full (like other appointments), so that only the comfort rooms were with 25 EUR surcharge per night will be applied. Through Booking-com, it would have been only 10 EUR extra charge! You tried to stop, the cost to recover. But the room with balcony was nice, nothing to complain about. Very nice hotel, easy to come in the years but very well maintained. Tip to the hotel… Beds should not be able to slip apart.

Breakfast is OK. Rooms are nicely decorated. For 3 stars completely appropriate. However, very outdated.

Comfortable and good value for those on a tight budget. The buffet breakfast is ok but nothing special: can't toast your bread, no fried eggs and the scrambled egg was too dry and rubbery for my taste. And I guess in the off-season, the second smaller building 50m away does not have catering so you have to walk to the main bit for breakfast. This is ok but can be a little frustrating when weather is very cold or inclement. They do not serve dinner but there are a couple of good eateries within easy walking distance, otherwise you'll need transportation to go places. Good luck with the Wi-Fi: in the smaller building I was unable to get a connection. I was told this is because too many devices were claiming IP addresses and since the mobile reception was pretty poor (on Vodafone at least) I couldn't even use mobile tethering. Other than those niggles, it's in a nice quiet, residential area. Just hope they can improve the Wi-Fi before I consider staying there again.

The list of defects is long. I presented it to the owner at the reception right after the first night. The heating didn't work. Has the owner tried several times to judge. Unfortunately with moderate success. I had ordered a Comfort double room. As a birthday present for my sweetheart no idea what the other rooms look like, did I ask where the Comfort was? Mini bathroom. No deposits. Not even toothbrushing cups. Those were then brought in. The flowing warm water smelled musty. The TV was big, but some stations had bad pictures. Wi-Fi kept falling out. The pillows are a disaster. On request I got a kettle that was calcified. So I could at least cook my tea. Breakfast was fine. Only the only coffee pot was dirty and spurted away. The room was large. Mr. Häfner nice and anxious. But honestly … With small changes, you could design everything in such a way that the guest feels more comfortable. I travel a lot and have already experienced a lot more comfort for the price. What a pity.

Lack of comfort in the bathroom which is too small. Few television channels and missing the international for non-German-speaking countries.

Were with a Gutscheinarragment with thermal baths in Sinsheim for 2 nights at the hotel Häfner and can recommend it absolutely. Great value for money. Room clean and cozy. Great breakfast room and something for everyone and good. Family Häfner very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much!

Room with big TV, Wi-Fi unfortunately with weaknesses. The breakfast was more than adequate and the host people friendly and accommodating.

We had booked via Groupon with a spa stay. Simple hotel, something to come in the years but it is all there what you need. The breakfast is great as compared to the price.

The hotel is good in itself but the rooms are quite old. The wireless internet is good and breakfast is sufficient.

We visited this place for the new year holidays. We bought the groupon ticket with the possibility to visit thermarium near the hotel (using the shuttle to get there). In general we're very happy with the choice of this hotel. Clean, nice place with friendly workers. We got free champagne as promised, bathrobes for visiting sauna. Unfortunately, Bad Schönborn is a quiet, but small city and there's almost nothing to see and we had to look for some places to visit. Since there also was an option to take Palmenparadies instead of Thermarium, we drove there (about 20km by car and 1.5hrs by trains) and we just love it! Moreover, luckily, we visited Auto&technik Museum Sinsheim and spent there 3hrs and it was still not enough to see everything. So, we're very happy with this relaxing holidays. Concerning hotel, we strongly recommend it!

The worst hotel I've ever met. Primitive rooms, no restaurant, fucked furniture. My conclusion dear people, prefer to spend a little more money, and choose a service provider who understands his craft.

Our room was very cozy and the breakfast was really good for a reasonable price. We were there as a couple and can recommend it to anyone.

Separate beds, great walk to access the shower, no drinks in the room (paying in the hallway) Attention when leaving, payment only in cash (breakfast and fee of Sejoust)

Somewhat disappointed… The reception was good cons The breakfast leaves to be desired (not enough room for everyone, some product missing like coffee…) But it was mostly on our departure that we were disappointed. We were not warned that the hotel did not accept the Blue card. Therefore obliged to go and find an emergency DAB. Moreover the restaurant was closed and the Wifi did not work deckchair day on two. I really regret the way we were answered when we talked about these problems on the spot. Little courtesy and Answers without foundation. Otherwise the rooms are nice, apart from the mattresses much too soft.

Nice hotel if you are passing. Well equipped and quiet. Central Position to visit. Very clean and breakfast buffet very nice!

No one has the reception when we leave. Good group on arrival we are offered a room larger than we accept. Poor room very basic low-end bed, hotel located in the middle of nowhere. The worst is that I received a letter from a collection company that asks us 120 euros more when we had already paid! Short scam attention!

I'm advising everyone to avoid this hotel.
Upgrade to premium room (current prices check out) very bad value for money. I expect during an upgrade to premium babalola which shows one of this premium.
There were 2 glasses on the table but nothing to drink. (You had to drink tap water). No mini bar, no fridge. The skirting boards in the room were missing. No trash can. Only a tiny bathroom. Dashboards so calcified, which hardly any water came, although the bathroom was newly made.
Room was very cheap and Loveless. But clean and nice size. I found beds comfortable but not premium.
Reception was never with us. You had to call that someone is coming, on the second day, the phone was not that we simply's car have load without checking out. It later as given above have made up.
There's came to a dispute with owner and guests for the reasons that I had spoken to. But the manner there is addressed with guests/criticism doesn't.
Conclusion: Much too expensive for very poor performance. No reception, no matter how tiny Willkommensgudies. Very unfriendly.
But clean.

Very friendly staff, rooms are nice and modern décor and absolutely clean. The bathroom also optically not more entirely on the amount of time. One may not forget but that it is only a 3-star hotel.
Only real criticism is the sharp nicotine "Fragrance" in the room, which was not to eliminate by airing. For one night, the ok was if we multiple nights there were, I probably would have claimed it.
Aside from this point, you can absolutely recommend the hotel.

There is free Wi — Fi but that does not work very well.

My friend and I had a coupon for three nights in the hotel Häfner and stay in the bathroom world Sinsheim. We have tried a room via email to book. It all has to with many, and write here over 6 days and pulled. When we tried to call, we got no information, because every time the only person apparently was not present. We were asked whether we want to also have a Kompfortzimmer for 20 euro per night. As we then finally the answer had, what is the difference between the normal and the comfort rooms (just bigger rooms and larger TV and chairs) we opt for a regular room. Then came the question of whether we want to have breakfast for 9 euros per person and day. But when we saw this price as too high, we rejected this. Now, we were asked whether we want a double bed or two single beds. We opted for the double bed.

At the reception, we were welcomed very friendly. Fortunately I had brought once again printed the coupon, as the Lady wanted to see these. To mention here is that I have already sent this in the annex to my last email. I can not say whether she would possibly otherwise even printed this coupon. Then was still mentioned, we accidentally got a better room.
Rooms:
It contains two single beds, and seems to be a Kompfortzimmer. But if this actually is a Kompfortzimmer, then I'm very glad that we have paid a penny more. It is a normal room with normal furnishings and a small balcony.

Bought deal on GroupOn. Supposedly to save 46% but abzocke pur. You'll pay €85 for 1 night for 2 plus 2 × 3 hours Maps for the Palm paradise Sinsheim. Regular double room incl. Breakfast €75 + €32 for the cards of the Palms Paradise's are €107. The deal is without breakfast, which costs €9 per person so € 107 — 18 = € €89
Saves regular €4 are 4.6% but no 46%
In addition alleged French is a pull out sofa bed with mattresses and not convenience.
The supposedly fresh-related bed had hair in it.
Ice cold in the room and the heating did not turn up, we have frozen more through the night as sleep.
The shower or shower heads completely calcified and even easier mold on the shower head.
Oh almost forgot, balcony lighting is all night and will not turn itself off, it automatically looks in the light when the try to sleep.
Stay away from the deal as well as the hotel.

Very quiet location, the room was tidy and comfortable. Big TV with the default kabel channels, Wi-Fi available. Very helpful and friendly employees. Looking forward to returning there.

For me this Hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean, the Breakfast buffet is appealing, everyone will find something Tasty. You will be lovingly welcomed. My husband and I like to visit the Thermarium, which is very nearby. There are of course other attractions in the vicinity. We come every year 2-3 gladly to the Hotel Häfner. Always happy…

Positive: nothing. Negative: everything (4 Next booked! ). The Service keeps a complete stupid. The Wi-Fi which is advertised is terrible. You must be standing in the hallway to get any reception. On demand to the values the Lord "Geschäftsfähnrich" is only: "you are the Only one who complains". Hello!? If a customer is not advancing, he MUST help out. Dear customers, when you Häfner! Ever under the mattress looked? Brown spots look really good… not. The shower is completely calcified and there is trickling of the rain outside faster. For 3 Stars? Never again!

On Groupon ordered with thermarium admission incl. Nothing for young people! Hotel room clean, Breakfast not tried since not incl. On the Hp was a Sauna mentioned. This is located in a shop in the same street and has nothing with the Hotel to do. Must first be reserved… very confusing. Thermarium has also no Fun… unfortunately for us it's a flop.

Very friendly, top Breakfast, quiet location, clean room with everything you need and good price/performance ratio. We will definitely be back again to look over.
