Suites in this hotel are expensive and appropriate level is expected. Unfortunately our experience was negative. We came late in the evening and just wanted to relax with dinner and wine on the balcony and then sleep. Furniture on the balcony wasn't cleaned and covered in thick layer of dust. Two out of three lights on the balcony didn't work, so it was quite dark. Carpet in the bedroom wasn't vacuumed and covered in some kind of glitter and a lot of footprints, some definitely barefoot. The shower door didn't seal properly and had significant gap, so water was splashing out. And the smell in shower cabin was really strong and bad. I know that there are sulfur springs nearby, but the smell wasn't it, more like rotten onions. Also there was only two small hard pillows on the bed if you don't count decorative ones. It would be ok if it were just one these problems but all of them together added up into uncomfortable stay.
On the plus side, their customer service people are nice and ready to help.
Don't waste your money on suites.
