We loved our stay at Old Tbilisi Rooms. The room was clean, and the attention to detail is on point. We found everything we needed in this family-run boutique hotel. I personally loved the terrace, an amazing spot to relax after a day visiting Tbilisi! We would come back for sure! Thank you Nata for your hospitality!

We visited Tbilisi in Sept 2021 and stayed at the Old Tbilisi rooms. We had a 1 bed apt, the apartment had mini fridge an additional sofa bed and a piano and an open terrace and a balcony. We loved the interiors of the room and the best part about this place is everything is sooo accessible from here. It’s right in the center of Old Tbilisi.
The owner Nata is very sweet and helpful she arranged a car for us with and without driver for a very reasonable rate. She’s easily reachable and very friendly. She was also kind enough to personally take us for a tour around the city. We really had a good time during our stay with her.

I strongly recommend Old Tbilisi Rooms 38. The hotel is well-located, so you will be able to easily reach all the main tourist destinations. My room was perfectly clean when I arrived there and had everything I needed to feel like I am at home. The weather was constantly changing, therefore, the air con came in handy to cool down and to warm up the room. Also, additional kudos to the host Nata who went above and beyond to help me pass the PCR test. Not only did she drive me there, but also she picked up my document and brought it back to the hotel. Thank you so much for making me feel like I was staying at my friends' house. P. S. One day I will probably write an additional review about your balcony. It is magical. 🥰
