Perfect little place and location. Pleasant friendly staff, thankfully very good English and happy to give advice. Two minutes walk up to the botanic gardens or fortress and cable car trip down into town for a walk or trip of the river boats. Ten minute walk to 24h cafes, restaurants and bars. The town is cat and dog friendly and spotless. Beggers and thieves around unfortunately, keep everything in inner pockets. Good police presence though, just need to be wary. We were upgraded to room 13. Very comfy, good shower and all amenities to hand. Great firm beds. Good breakfast. Bring treats for the two friendly resident cats and their pals outside, and near the gardens. We had just visited Prague for one week, Tbilisi is leaps better.
Would we return? Already planning our second longer visit for March… might even look at property!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. Breakfest perfect, quiet location in the middle of old Tbilisi, always focus on customer and they have 2 cats ❤I loved people here, attitude towards animals, breakfest, everything!

I dont understand why other people complained about the staff of this Hotel. They were friendly and helped us a lot with dinner reservations, packed breakfast when we left early in the morning and tips about tiflis. The Rooms really did feel like a Home away from Home. They were clean, comfy bed and just beautiful. The Hotel doenst have an elevator, but we didnt mind. I have you find yoirself in this hotel you should check out the view from the terrace on the 4th floor.

Very comfortable hotel. Charming staff. Everything is a little cramped, no lift, but it somehow naturally fits into the atmosphere of the old town.

Everything is OK except the noise from the street but it is normal as I understood in the old town. Please book the rooms with a terrace in the picture one on the fact other.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD This is my worst customer service experience I ever had. During check out 4 am in the morning they forced me to pay for mini-bar services that they did by mistake and was used by other customers. After back and force hotel manager admitted their mistake and promised to refund but after 3 weeks nothing happens. They do not answer emails. They do not refund money on credit card because they do not know how to do it and they can apply refund to your account only. After trying to contact owner, the same … nobody care. Price for hotel and food extremely over-priced compare to other places in the same area. Do not recommend to anyone to deal with this hotel. The service definitely 1 star …

Nice, cosy, well-located and new hotel. Food is ok, fresh and tasty breakfasts. Not soundproof though, but it's small so nit many people around.

Spent a great weekend with the family at this hotel. The coolest location, next to the sulfur baths and botanical garden. Good interior, delicious breakfasts and unreal hospitality of all hotel employees does not leave us a chance — be sure to come to you again! P. S We recommend to try the wine Shavi Kindzmaraulli in the bar — it is delicious, George hello! )
