Nice environment, good services, and nice People!

Thin walls and floors — can hear everything, a specialy when they throw parties in the hotel, even at 1am. Breakfast not good, bathrooms with bad smell all day.

Not a hotel but a rooming house of some sort! For a nice wrapper empty. The rooms are not cleaned, prepare yourself to run for toilet paper and rubbish from only a tiny garbage can in the bathroom. Breakfast is extremely poor, you most likely will be offered a piece of bread and soy sausage, and something else quite tasty, instant coffee without cream. There was no CCTV so if you suddenly forget to close the balcony door, you can easily to Rob, and if you God forbid you leave something on the balcony, unable to say goodbye to this thing, what with us actually happened. In response to our justified outrage, the staff just shrugged, but still made us look guilty.

Lousy service, took a room for 3 days for all three day in our room never was cleaned, the room smells like Karakoy, if you run out of toilet paper you go and please don't changed the towels, the Breakfast is disgusting, impossible to eat. Happened a funny case, go the day before leaving for the cafe, ate and took in the hope to eat for Breakfast, came at 11 PM and an hour later went to bed, and I woke up at 6 and in the end we found what was left for Breakfast, just the night someone climbed over the balcony and pulled. In the morning we started to find out what happened to the cattle in the morning I started being rude saying she's not in the business and ran away, asked to speak to a Manager or administrator, do not wait generally under a beautiful wrapper hides a terrible service and dirty rooms.

Stayed in Mestia Valeris Guesthouse with our Georgian friends from Batumi. Stunning views. Very warm service. You feel very welcome here. We will definitely come again. Good place to stay in when visiting mestia. The rooms are nice and clean. Nice view from the room.

Impressive view from the house and lovely environment made our whole stay in the gusethouse unforgottable. Warm hosting must be emphasized. Really did not want to leave. Svaneti is uncomparable. Best place to visit in Georgia. Love Svaneti ❤️❤️❤️

Recently I was in Svaneti! There are very nice! When I got up to the cable car at the bottom of the green trees and grass! When down, far away the towers are visible throughout the Snow peaks! Great!
