I didn't expect to find such a gem in scruffy Ninotsminda.
The room was clean and cosy and well equipped, at a bargain price, and far enough from the main road to be quiet.
I felt welcome and the owner quickly organised for me to be collected next morning in a comfy minibus shared with friendly locals, over the border to Armenia.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped.
There was a kitchenette on the ground floor of the hotel, which the guest can use.
Everything you need is nearby (restaurants with local food, bakery, ATMs, vegetables and fruits, taxi, minibuses…).
We really enjoyed our stay.
If we are lucky enough to be in Ninotsminda again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation.
Ninotsminda offers amazing nature, authentic villages and very warm-hearted people.
We wish we could have stayed longer!

Very clean, new, comfortable, good room size with big windows, fast internet, a good equipped common kitchen.
Only negative thing was the bad small in the bathroom.

I’m travelling by bicycle and I had no problem leaving my stuff in the hotel. They were very helpful in everything I needed. The room was very clean and smelled very good. There’s even a full kitchen where you can cook your meals. Good place to stop when cycling in cold weather.

Everything good other than noisy neighbours. No respect ignorant and thick headed, but maximum respect to the beds. Super comfortable, no springs in your back while retaining a reasonable level of firmness but not sacrificing comfort. The only good bed in our two months travelling Georgia. It doesn't matter how many stars a hotel in Georgia has the beds are still terrible. Hotel Sonya… well done!

Very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The walls were so thick that you couldn't hear any noise from the neighbours. There is a small kitchen on the ground floor for preparing food. The owner is very nice and helpful.
The room has very large windows which brings a lot of light into the room. But it also means that it gets quite warm in the room in the evening.

A simple yet very comfortable accommodation close to Lake Paravani.
We booked a large double room but were initially shown to a smaller twin room by the owners son, this took a bit of effort to explain that this wasn't the room we had booked, as the owners son spoke very little English.
This was not a problem and does not take away from the fact that this is a very clean and comfortable accommodation, in a quiet location but with some shops and small local restaurants just a few minutes walk. The value for money is amazing.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine underneath the rooms, and this is for guests to use.
And the owner kindly let me park my motorcycle in his workshop, also situated under the rooms.

Had bad experience having kidney stoner in the middle of the night but hotel owner give his best to help me callinh ambulance and pickup me in hospital. TQ a lot. Im riding my motorcycle from Malaysia to UK at that time.

Rooms are very much good and prices are affordable.
All the amenities are provided by them.
Also they provide full access to kitchen.
Heater were working the best.

Of all the hotels we stayed out on the road, Sonya's was the most comfortable and luxurious. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower and even complimentary toiletries — slippers, toothbrushes and shower stuff, the works! Fantastic value for money, great location. Sonya was a very helpful host and recommended an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner, which has no reviews on Google or anywhere else and which we would not have found without her. Highly recommended.

Perfect place. The bed was very comfortable, everything was sparkling clean and new. The kitchen has everything you need and the host was very helpful. Oh and the Wi-Fi is very good (it's rare enough to stress it out! )
