Hotel Prima

Worst experience I ever had with booking Hotels.
Let me tell you what happened:
When we arrived at 3 pm they told us that rooms were not set up and they needed cleaning, even tho it was way past checkout time. Okay that is nothing.
We went away and came back 11 pm, and they still told us that rooms where not clean, no one knew that rooms needed cleaning. There were no one in charge and employees were fighting between each others.
They were not able to give us any clean room, we where force to book hotel in Borjomi, different city at 1 am, and go to different city.
Worst experience I have ever had, their management is laughing stock. Horrible Hotel.
I strongly advise you to not go here!

Very good place! Location is super, it's near to everything. Personal so friendly and always ready for help. I recommend it!

At first me and my friend were put into a wrong room, only for them to say that they messed rooms up. We didn't pay mind to it at first. The food isn't good, nor was it on time. The prices in the restaurant of the hotel are horrific and I doubt anything really tasted that good. The pool and the spa was a disaster with there being mold on the pool, a spiders as big as my hand on the spa door and no decent toilet down in that area.
I don't recommend going to this hotel unless you don't plan on spending a lot of time in it. We ended up having to get food oitside of the hotel which was a bummer especially based on how much we paid.
The room service wasn't that great either, unless you go up to the lady that cleans the rooms nothing will happen honestly.
Unless you get a pricy room your mattress will be as hard as straight up wood.
The view is the only thing that was worth it in the hotel.
