I regret staying there. Feel disappointed. Room — smell of sewer, could not air as no conditioning worked in the bathroom. Not even a single glass or a bottle of water, not to mention tea or coffee — these are probably considered as luxury there, though the price was as in other, well-supplied hotels. Staircases were not even swept or vacuumed. It was already the end of September, rainy night and quite cool but we were given summer blankets and felt very cold. Tried to turn conditioning but it was not supposed for warm air 🤦♀️ and hardly gave any sign of life 🙃.
Though vineyard and garden are nice, people too but what of it?! — I have sore throat since than because of cold.
Staff definitely needs to be retrained.
