Very cozy. The golden mean between life in a hotel and as a guest. The owner, Soso, is very friendly and sociable. Like a real Georgian, he offered tea, coffee and of course homemade wine from the road!
➜ The beautiful view from the terrace makes up for the shortcomings of a creaky door. The room is spacious, clean, tidy. Welcoming and friendly hosts.

We booked a room in this hotel for an overnight stay for 50 GEL. When we checked in, they confirmed this price to us (the owner of the house was not there). In the morning, when checking out, the owner announced that the cost of the room in which we spent the night was 80 GEL, but they would give us a discount and we only needed to pay 70 GEL. This was an unpleasant surprise. The room had no amenities — there were only old beds). I think the price is too high for such a service.
