A wonderful place. We felt "at home" and were treated to the finest culinary delights.
The hostess speaks good German and is extremely helpful and interested. We felt like we'd made a friend.
The guesthouse's location is ideal—just a few meters from the town's main attraction and right next to the tourist information center.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, much to our delight. The house wine and the chacha taste delicious and are typical of Georgia.
We're already looking forward to returning soon.
Great little guesthouse to explore the cute town of Mtskheta. Ana is a lovely host and took very good care of us. Her breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy and we could park the car just in front.

First and foremost, the hostess, Ana. She's a wonderful, kind, and hospitable woman who greeted us like good friends and prepared delicious, hearty homemade breakfasts, the best we've had on our entire trip to Georgia.
This was our first time in Mtskheta. We were surprised and delighted by the guesthouse's location – just a stone's throw from Svetitskhoveli, in the historic center of the city. A 10-minute walk away is the confluence of the Aragvi and Kura rivers, overlooking Jvari Monastery. Along the way, there are numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as a large market with a variety of local produce and souvenirs. Another 10 minutes in the other direction, you'll reach Samtavro Convent.
Parking is right outside our room. The guesthouse has only two rooms. It features a cozy lounge with soft sofas and a dining table. There's also a kitchen area equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and sink. Plenty of dishes are also provided. Ana invited us to her home for breakfast. There's also a small courtyard with a table and chairs where you can sit in the shade of the trees with a beautiful view of Svetitskhoveli.
If you come to Mtskheta, I recommend staying with Ana!
