The hotel is in a superb location for the snow capped mountain views + hilltop church to the front and also to the rear mountains (if not in low cloud).
The two lifts were appreciated.

Decent food and good service. It was difficult to find a restaurant in Kazbegi where we felt that we could at least get some good food for the high prices.

Perfect place with a perfect view. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always helpful. Everything about the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

This was a last-minute booking for 1 night in April after the hotel we'd originally booked cancelled on us the day before we were due to arrive… but we were very happy with the way things worked out!

Overall, the hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The heated pool was especially relaxing at night, and the hotel is conveniently close to the ski lifts.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and cozy garden! much more beautiful than the pictures! And we can use the kitchen to cook! I love the house and enjoyed staying there! High recommend!

Speaking with Lana before arrival was very easy and she went out. Of her way to support with transfer to and from Gudauri.

My husband and me were in Hotel Retro for two days. Room was clean and cosy with nice views. Restaurant was 2 min walk. In balcony was super chair! Breakfast — very very delicious and healthy!

It's more like guest house, with friendly and supportive staff. Facility is very tidy and comfortable, with small balcony and parking place. Rooms are wooden retro style.

Awesome ski community and yes, there was snow and plenty of it. Four and a half days of skiing in magnificent weather.

Great place to freeride/off piste & skitouring! Snowmobiles are also available to rent. I would come back again in next season;) (Вікторія? )
