Hotel Rustavi

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, everything you need for your stay.

We came here for a quirky experience but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Beautifully clean, well-appointed rooms in a great location. We chose the 100 GEL/night room – there are also options for 70 GEL or 120 GEL. Staff are friendly and welcoming and gave us a complimentary late check-out.

An old Soviet hotel without renovation, the furnishings are so-so — the administration is also mediocre, by the way, not particularly friendly, but at least not rude.
I only spent the night there once and I don’t go there again, I don’t want to.

The location is great. 70 GEL per day per room. Days are counted from the moment of check-in. The staff is responsive. The plumbing in the rooms is not very good (

The staff is rude, at the reception they asked where the toilet was, the cleaning lady rudely asked — did you come here to use the toilet) ) ), but did not say where they had it. You are waiting for the elevator, the staff comes ahead of you and practically pushes you out of it. The scoop in all its manifestations. But the location of the hotel is good, in the very center of the city.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days.
Without unnecessary preludes, let's get to the point.
Pros.
Clean room, polite staff, location relative to the city's geography.
Minuses.
Lack of air conditioning (the fan rules). Cleaning, there was no change of linen during all this time! No refrigerator! The TV is located on the side!? If you look for a long time… your neck may hurt) )

A rather striking Soviet era building, apparently the best hotel in Rustavi, so mustn't complain. Very clean, neat and tidy. Room, could do with somewhere to hang clothes, a kettle, heater & air conditioning. Staff are polite and pleasent, but beware, they don't speak any English. Wi-Fi good. No hot or cold food in restaurant, but serve drinks.

A Soviet hotel with a modern small cosmetic renovation, unfortunately the new wallpaper is worn out, a shower room with a toilet without a glass stall, good service, video surveillance everywhere, clean, quiet if you don’t go outside, there’s a club nearby where there are often fights. A little to the west there is a cafe where they cook delicious food.

My family had a good week long stay here. It was clean and warm. Everything worked, and the price was very affordable. There was a nice cafe, and Rustavi was a nice town to walk around. I really enjoyed an early morning jog in the clean Georgian air. My only regret is we didn't make it up to the cross on the hill above the town, maybe next time.

Did not really adore it, the rooms were warm and comfortable in December, however the heating system wasn't working properly, constantly sparked. The cafeteria was crowded and no security there. Meals were okay though.
