❗️The room was in terrible condition. There was a significant amount of dust, and the bed linens were unclean. We regretted using your service.
❗️The pillows were hard and heavy, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Everything felt old and smelled unpleasant.
❗️Additionally, there were BED BUGS.
❗️In the toilet, there was no running water.
