I booked a room in this hotel for my friends from Germany. I agreed verbally on a discount, left a deposit for a specific room. In the end, the hotel administration did not keep their word and, having forgotten about the promised discount, took payment from my friends in full, ignoring their promise to give a discount. As a result, I felt awkward in front of my friends. I will never take guests to this hotel again.

We rented a room for one night. I made a reservation through Booking. Com. When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out there were no rooms available, and this was a Booking error, BUT… they immediately offered us another room and upgraded us to a more expensive one, but at our price! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The room had everything you need! For Rustavi, this hotel is worthy of a 5-star rating. Right next door to the hotel, there's a simply GORGEOUS restaurant! We had a delicious and inexpensive meal! Overall, we rested, ate, and continued on our way. I'm very happy with this hotel! I recommend it!
