Lovely staff and hotel.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance (10-15 mins) from the centre. Good views of the town and the distant mountains, still snow covered at this time of year.
Breakfast in the morning was good although the hot items were warm but you could not fault the friendliness of the staff. Coffee is from small sachets but a reasonable quality. It would be nice to have proper coffee.
We were very happy with the Hotel Panoramic and if we return to Kutaisi which is a gem of a town, we would consider staying here again.

Location wise it's good, as within 5-10 minutes walk you have a lot of amenities, the 2 ladies at the reception tried to accommodate us at the best possible way, but in general as a hotel, rooms, and breakfast, it needs a lot of upgrade. Breakfast was so limited 🥲

Worst room i've ever been. Smell of cleaning chemicals so strong that left room with headache and allergy. Impossible to close the balcony door and even if you wanted, air conditioning has such a noise, impossible to sleep.
