Villa MATE

Hello, I would like to share my review of my stay at this villa. There were 7 people on holiday, 4 adults, 3 children. Khatuna (the owner) was always in touch, and if any questions arose, she immediately resolved them! The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Each room has air conditioning. Equipped kitchen. Good bed linen. Beautiful local area, there is shade in the heat, which is very important! The house is located away from the night screams, songs, etc. And also only 4 minutes to the street, where there are dances, songs, restaurants (I don’t understand how this works) ) ) but only frogs can be heard 🐸! 👍👍👍 the shower is not very convenient, because it just pours onto the floor, but this is almost everywhere in Georgia, we quickly got used to it. I will say this, this is a wonderful villa! And this is not my first time in Georgia, but my first time in Ureki. We always used to go to Kobuleti, like it's more fun there, but this time, having come here, I don't want to go to Kobuleti anymore 🤣 it's unbearable in the heat, and the pebbles are very unpleasant to walk on. But in Ureki, with sand on the beach (which is cleaned every day by some kind of machine), it's a pleasure to relax! If we're going to Georgia next year, we'll definitely go to Khatuna! 👍👍The house is located in such a way that it's convenient to park cars, and the neighbors don't look at you in a swimsuit (in other houses, windows into windows — not good), in general, 100 points to this house!

Nearby, within a 3-minute walk, there is a beach, promenade, shops, many cafes and restaurants. An amusement park and an arboretum are a 15-minute drive away.
There is absolutely everything for a comfortable family vacation. Felt like home! Didn't want to leave ☺️

Our vacation was spent in Villa Luka, which is the house next door to Villa Mate. Quite spacious, many sleeping places, air conditioning in every room. There was an oven, a wonderful washing machine, a kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron and even a vacuum cleaner! Everything you need, including towels, change of linen, blankets, blankets, detergents, rags, sponges, clothes dryer, umbrella. There was even a cheese grater. There was also a big TV, but we don’t watch it, so I’m just stating a fact. Wi-fi is excellent, the connection was turned off for a short time, but then there was strong wind and rain. Two bathrooms with shower! But the most important thing is the owners! How well we were received, any questions and problems (we had to buy a train ticket, they also helped us with the choice of wine, they gave us our own homemade wine) they helped solve quickly and right on the spot. The beach is unique, with magnetic sand, 5 minutes walk (slower with children). On the way to the beach, blackberries grow along the path. The beach is wide and has a very smooth entry into the sea. You can move further away if you want to be away from people. You can sit on the equipped beach. There are rescue points. There are sellers of corn and all sorts of other things. In the village there is simply a wonderful restaurant called Bermukha, with Russian-speaking waiters. They also speak English. In general, we found everything we needed within walking distance.

The villa is huge, completelly matches the photos. All ammenities were in the place. There is a table with umbrella and barbecue on the backyard. The place is perfectly located — 5 mins to the beach and to the center. The hostess is really nice person, very helpfull and hospitable.

We rested in July 2023. Very convenient and comfortable house, has everything you need, including air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and attentive hosts. 5 minutes to the sea, there is a supermarket and cafe nearby. I highly recommend the house, we were satisfied.

Great. 5 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the center. But a quiet, separate place. Barbecue, gazebo, sun loungers, umbrellas. Very nice.
