Hotel Inter

The hotel is very well located. Almost the first line from the sea.
The room was triple with panoramic windows, with a beautiful view from the window. Two balconies surrounded by pine trees, magnolia, palm trees and other trees. Nice friendly staff. The women in the hotel cafe cook very tasty food. There is a small children's playground and its own parking. The hotel was quiet. We were allowed to leave an hour later than usual.
The safe was not secured in the closet; the receptionist could not find the necessary keys to the safe.

First, about the cons. There is only 1 free socket in a room for 3 people, the Wi-Fi is terrible. If you come, then only with mobile Internet.
And now about the advantages. Very good view of the sea. And very close to the sea. Private parking.

I really liked it, we were the first, since we arrived in May, but hospitality, respect and mutual understanding played a role in a great vacation, I share photos and hope for further meetings.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. We took a junior suite.
On the one hand, the location is excellent, the rooms are in good condition, the staff fulfills requests. Beautiful sea view, comfortable bed and pillows. The reviews mentioned the poor quality of the plumbing and the smell. We didn’t have this, except for the sink faucet, where the water was gushing out like the last time.
But on the other hand, it is still expensive. The rooms did not have the stated dishes (glasses, glasses), disposable slippers, which are really needed with such a quantity of sand. It would be possible to add two bottles of water to the rooms at least on the day of check-in. In an ideal picture of the world, cleaning should be done at least once every 2 days, because a lot of sand rushes into the room no matter how you look at it. Well, on the 3rd day the paper ran out, I had to ask the administrator, who provided a roll that had already been started. Anyway.
Breakfast is very mediocre, a little warm even if you arrive at 9 am. There were also towards the end of breakfast, everything there was icy. Cooked semi-finished products mainly (french fries, nuggets, pancakes, sausages) + fruits (watermelon, nectarine) + boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. It didn't taste good to us.

Pretty good hotel. I can say one of the best in Ureki, not 5 stars, of course, but still. They have a ramp at the entrance and the elavator if you are visiting with little kids or with someone on the wheelchair. Two minutes walk from the beach.

Nice family-run, not big hotel, 1-2 minutes from the sea; clean, there is an elevator, they will help and advise; pleasant, responsive owner! Own parking.

Very cool hotel. One minute to the sea. There is a small courtyard with a playground and rocking chairs for adults. There is a large children's playground on the beach.
We had lunch and dinner at the hotel, the food was delicious, the wine was absolutely incredible.
There is parking opposite the hotel, convenient.

Not worth the money! It smells like sewer, it even smells like putting it mildly, it stinks like sewer, the shower head needs to be changed, it flows like a faucet, room 408, noisy elevator, TV doesn’t work, the only big plus is the sea nearby) )

The rooms are not even close to worth the money: in one room we had a thick layer of cobwebs on the air conditioner and a very strange mosquito net that was not attached, but simply placed against the window. There was no toilet paper, I had to take it from a room cleaning cart standing in the hallway, which made me feel like a thief. In the second (more expensive) room with supposedly a kitchen there were not even plates or the simplest knife. I had to buy disposable plates and a bad Chinese knife at Nikora in order to simply eat watermelon. But at least the sink in the supposed kitchen was working and we were able to wash the watermelon. The only thing I can explain about $70-$90 per night is the included breakfast and lunch in the hotel dining room. Yes, it’s a canteen, and not a restaurant, because everything is like in a children’s summer camp, only in the hotel the goulash is 100 times tastier. The staff is trying very hard, but the general decadent state of the rooms pulls a blanket of impressions on itself. The concierge spoke several languages, so we managed to agree to leave our backpacks before the train and find out the breakfast/lunch schedule. The hotel is located right by the sea, literally 20 meters from the embankment and the beach, which is very convenient, but the center of Ureki is exactly one kilometer on foot.

Bad quelity expensive and ugly. Not a good option to stay in.

We were there at the beginning of May, the hotel was not yet fully operational. But we were greeted warmly! Dinner was brought to your room and it was delicious! We also took wine here and really liked it!
The only negative is that there is only one socket in the room).

We were on holiday as a family, two adults and two children. We booked a 4-bed room with a sea view. The only plus of the hotel is, perhaps, the view of the sea (albeit sideways) and the location. The cons are so much greater than the pros that I wanted to move out of this place, but during the peak season there were either no other options or they were even worse. On the downsides: the mattresses have springs that dig into your back (towards the end of the holiday we decided to turn the mattress over and we slept better, but not ideally). The pillows are very hard and high, they were replaced after request with more acceptable low ones. The safe is a 15*15 cm box, not screwed to anything, fits perfectly in your hands (that's why we didn't use it). When we moved in, the curtains were partially torn off, but they were repaired on the second day. Beds with backrests (for height 170 and above — not comfortable). The bathroom — you could see in the photo that it was small, but the constant smell of sewage was unbearable. The plumbing in the shower is old, rusty, the overhead shower did not work, only a watering can, hot water oozed from the cracks, after a complaint the leak was fixed. Lack of lighting. There is one lamp in the room, no sconces or table lamps, so after dark the room is dim. The towels are old and dirty in places. There are dirty dishes in the kitchen. There was no furniture on the balcony; they brought two chairs at our request.

Pros — close to the beach, good food.
Cons — furniture, mattresses, bathrooms and fixtures are old, outdated, broken, smelly.
Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Pictures are misleading, there is a pool but it’s more like swamp.
Rooms aren’t being cleaned, towels aren’t being changed even after you ask for it. There is only one cleaning lady. Owners are nice but that’s about it, they say ok but don’t provide necessary services. Originals we planned one week but stayed 4 days.

We lived at the Inter Hotel at the beginning of July 2022.
We lived in a two-room suite on the fourth floor. The elevator is working. The sea is visible.
The rooms are good, everything is neat. The ceilings are high, the floors are tiled, the beds are forged\strong\heavy\beautiful.
Doors, windows, walls, floors, furniture — intact and in good condition. Air conditioning winter/summer, quite powerful.
A small kitchen/bar is very useful… chill wine and cut snacks, organize food for children. There were dishes and a refrigerator right away, there was no kettle in the room, we asked for a kettle, they brought the kettle for free.
There are NO sewage odors and NO damp odors in the room and in the bathroom! (My wife went to the neighboring hotel for reconnaissance. It was a beautiful building, but she said that the room shown did NOT have a pleasant damp smell).
There were comments about the shower (the small shower head worked well, but the large shower head did not spray well). Upon departure, comments were made, the manager listened carefully and said that everything would be corrected and said that he should have reported it right away, they would have corrected it right away. So the next guests will already have a perfect room waiting for them… I believe. Additionally, I note that for such a damp climate in the bathroom there were NO smells of dampness and NO smells of sewage, and even the floor was dry by morning.
I was not impressed by the list of TV channels.

6 people had a rest at the beginning of June, the holiday turned out to be amazing, largely thanks to the staff of the Inter Hotel, the only negative is the tired plumbing in the rooms, otherwise there are only advantages, the location of the hotel is the real first line, 1-2 minutes to the beach, the beach itself is sandy, they say more in Georgia there is no such. Separately, I would like to note the hospitality and customer focus of Murom, the owner of the hotel, he always met halfway in all matters, as if a late eviction, or an issue with breakfast that we didn’t really like right away, everything was promptly corrected. I heard a lot about Georgian hospitality and realized that this is not a myth. P. S. By the way, you can buy real homemade wine and cognac from Murom.

Comfortable, beautiful rooms. And most importantly responsive staff. There are no words about Murman!
