I loved staying in this apartment. Modern and very comfortable. Apartment is well equipped and has everything for living. Price is also one of the advantages. But best part is waking up with such an amazing view.

Clean in the apartment. Cool view of the sea. Two-bedroom apartment has air conditioning only in the living room. If in neighboring rooms smoke, all the smoke in the room. The biggest minus is the noise from the road. Machines beeping every 15-20 seconds and motorcycles with a terrible roar go. The noise of the street very well heard even on the 21st floor.

Modern residances of new Batumi with upfront coast. The places are run by different people and companies. General review is impossible.

Beautiful exterior architecture!

Has very nice view of the black sea… But I never saw any place that you must pay for the elevator… You will load money to your card to go up by elevator each time!

Rooms are ok but balcony doors are super cheaply made. Usually good place to stay.

Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. The view of the sea is awesome from the balcony.

Very good place for accommodation in Batumi… the only con is that only God knows where people could park their cars around.

Woow was great building in fantastic area and location front of the sea and view more than majestic I recommended to use it.

I tried on of ORBI resendence which is very bad and dirty place, bad service, no trolly for laguae, no respect in the reciption (bad staff?, money non refenadable whatever you saty, dirty and very bad matress, hot in the corredore and lefts area, also I wait much untill I catch the left, crowded halls always, very bad place to live, its not my style, I sware the most bad place I ever tried, buytheway I left directly afrer check in and they didnot return my money even other days I paid.

Nice and clean place to stay. Secutity available 24hrs. Close to the beach.

High quality hotel with wonderful views at the beach. There were few things I missed — too little space for breakfast, which was not so good, most of things were untasty.

Beautiful place. Stayed at sebi apartment sea towers.

The apartment is clean and it well situated near the boulevard. Taxi's are available down the building almost all times. It's fully furnished.

One of the most beautiful buildings on the new boulevard of Batumi. 50-100 meters to the beach, and there's a bus stop.
There is a terminal to pay for the mobile. On the 18th floor of the middle building, there is a restaurant at the hotel with adequate prices, very comfortable, down and eaten, especially on rainy days.
And the main thing is a terrific view of the sea from all the apartments.
