We (the travelers in our own car) had a great experience here, the owner prearranged for tours around the area with a competent and friendly guide from around the area.
Amazing place, fantastic location and great friendly staff. Poor reviews are crazy. Remember where you are, if you want the Ritz go to the Ritz, I would take this any day of the week.
