Most guests are delighted with a staff member named Mervyn (or Poe), describing her as a "ray of sunshine," very kind, smiling, and helpful. She handles guest check-ins, cleaning, and preparing breakfasts, striving to satisfy all visitors' needs. However, there are some complaints about the owners: one guest described them as absent, noting difficulties in reaching them by phone and a reluctance to help with car rentals. Instances of difficulty establishing contact with the administration were also mentioned.

Breakfasts are described as generous, balanced, and prepared with love, with many items (including bread and banana jam) being homemade. The menu features omelets, bacon, and local coconut bread. Nevertheless, some guests were dissatisfied: some found the breakfasts too expensive or too simple, noted the absence of fresh pineapple juice, and complained that omelets were sometimes overcooked when there were many guests.

Guest opinions are divided. Many consider the bungalows to be spacious, cozy, clean, and well-equipped, especially highlighting the comfortable beds and the presence of a kitchenette with a refrigerator and stove. At the same time, there are serious complaints regarding worn-out furniture, holes in the mosquito nets, cheap synthetic bed linens, and old towels. Issues with lighting, insects in the bathroom, and an insufficient number of trash bags were also mentioned.

The operation of the air conditioners is a point of contention. Some guests note their presence; however, others point to a strict operating schedule: the air conditioner is only turned on during the evening and night (for example, from 20:00 to 06:00 or 08:00). At other times, fans are used, which some guests found insufficient, especially on the second floor where it was very hot.

Fare Aute Beach has its own small private beach with a clear view of the lagoon, which guests describe as one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Kayaks, canoes, and bicycles for excursions are provided to guests free of charge. Direct access to the sea is available from some bungalows, creating very comfortable conditions for relaxation.

Many visitors praise the cleanliness of the rooms and the daily care the staff provides for guests' needs. However, there are opposing reviews: one guest stated there was no regular cleaning or towel replacement, noting that only a gardener works on the premises, clearing leaves and sand.

Guests confirm the availability of Wi-Fi, which works in all rooms.

There are friendly animals living on the guest house grounds who have become true mascots of the place: Bianca the cat and Choupnette the dog, both of whom are very loved by the guests.
