Not a hotel — but a "caged hen" dorm.
This house is only 60 square meters big (however it appeared a lot bigger on photos), but when fully booked, this house has 9 people staying inside it, plus 2 people outside it, and there is only ONE bathroom inside the house.
There is also an open bathroom in the garden (which you share with the mosquitoes) but no toilet. This outdoor bathroom has no door no cover no lighting.
The dormitory is in an OPEN SPACE in the attic, totally open to the lounge and the kitchen area downstairs. The house is only 60 square meters big (as per building registration of French Polynesia, the minimum legal ceiling height is 2.1-2.2 meters, and any area with ceiling height< 1.8 meters are excluded from official living space calculations and is ILLEGAL to rent out as accommodations). The 4 dormitory beds are tightly tucked under the angled roof (you can see how much headroom there is in my attached photo) — If you're not careful, you will hit your head every time you get out of bed. This is serious HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE.
Every inch is utilized in this house to fit more people in, legally or illegally, at the expense of the staying guests' safety, welfare and their travel experience.
Nick has so many house rules: absolute silence and darkness is to be observed 2200-0700 in the lounge and kitchen area. No eating in the lounge-eating and cooking is only outside.

Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙌🏻
The house was always clean and tidy. It has a beautiful garden with an outdoor shower and kitchen, as well as a sofa and table. You’re free to use everything, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The four-person bedroom was also totally well-equipped, including fans. I fully enjoyed my stay and can really recommend!

10min away from a very beautiful beach!
