We booked last minute as we were driving down from Paris — Stephanie welcomed us with a smile and such positive energy.
The pool and poolside was lovely, and the patio was a great place to relax and read. Beverages for sale on site, which was a great opportunity to try some local beer! Plenty of great restaurants nearby.
The room, bed, and shower were pristine. Breakfast was delicious, with local jam, pancakes, and fantastic homemade apple cider. Wish we had time for a week here! Will definitely be back some day.
Also — the alpacas! So sweet and soft — don't forget to say hello to them 🥰
We have just got back from a lovely long weekend here, what a beautiful place you have, Richard and Lynn are the most wonderful hosts nothing was to much trouble, Lynn cooked us the most fabulous meal and took us to 2 wonderful restaurants of our choice and a day out that was so beautiful, your hot tub was fab even in Jan your Alpacas are so lovely we even got to feed them that was my highlight along with the beautiful accommodation, we stayed in the Gite it was so spacious and modern and so clean everything exceeded our expectations cant wait to book again thank you so much for a great weekend.

A wonderful week at the gite. The proprietors were attentive to all our needs, from the fresh eggs to the relaxing evenings toasting marshmallows around the fire-pit. The children loved feeding the alpacas and the pool was perfect after a day of sightseeing around Limoges and Périgueux. The gite was spacious and comfortable — the week passed all too quickly.
