Modern hotel in the heart of the city, you couldn’t get much closer. Nice interior design. Good standard of room, very clean, good facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Overall an excellent overnight stay. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Great place, close to history, shopping, and food. I would recommend to anyone coming to this part of France.

Beautiful hotel located 50 meters from the Joan of Arc church in the tourist center. Polite staff and nice breakfast but still priced at 16!
On the other hand it's obvious the heat wave but a hotel that claims 4 stars you do not even think for a moment that there is no air conditioning, you read well, no air conditioning and much less a small refrigerator. It's really ridiculous to see shameful.
To sleep necessarily open window and in the morning it is the broom of the delivery men who dragtheir their carts on the cobblestones, wakes up assured!
It doesn't involve the good location and the beautiful relaxing setting of the hotel.
As for the parking lot there are well in the basement at 15 euros a day and accessible by an elevator but for large cars it is better to know how to maneuver because very cramped.
The rooms are beautiful and pleasant despite everything else that must be taken into account.

There was no air conditioning in the room which for this level of hotel is unbelievable. Apparently due to be installed in the autumn, but being told this was not comfort at the time. I believe a discount should have been made as compensation. We also choose this hotel because there was an option of paid on-site parking. This was not available for technical reasons. Staff were friendly and decor is good.

A well-appointed modern hotel in a characterful setting in one of the best parts of Rouen for eating and drinking. Comfortable rooms, good range of choice at breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

This a beautiful hotel built into the shell of an old building. You are within walking distance of the Cathedral and the Musee de Beaux Arts as well as the train station. There are several great restaurants only 1-2 minutes from the hotel's front door. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical AND good. The second time we tried to get into our room the door lock would not work. The staff tried to get it to work properly but it was not going to work with a key. They very quickly got us into a new (and better) room just a few doors away. And they did get the door open for us to get our things out of the original room. This was an inconvenience, but I was very impressed with and grateful for the way the problem was handled by the hotel staff.

I stayed only one night in this hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Each room shows, on the head of the bed, a different phrase as well as on the door there are squares of representatives from different animals. In the beautiful and spacious lobby, there are many libraries that house the works, not only Flaubert's, but also of other writers, mostly French. Nice the idea to recenter, in an original way, the signatures of the other authors who have stayed in that hotel. It is quite central and is located a few steps from the place where it was erected a cross in memory of Joan of Arc.

This hotel is located on a quiet street next to touristy area. Good restaurants and sights are within walking distance. Room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Wi-Fi in the rooms was working intermittently. Breakfast was good, but pricey. At the time of my stay car park was out of order, so I had to park elsewhere.

Excellent hotel next to the central Market square of Rouen. Very comfortable rooms, but the TV of the EU countries, only French proposals are lacking. Fair prices except for breakfast which is still a little pricey compared to the offer.

A one evening stay in a very comfortable hotel. We had a top floor room with balcony and views over the intriguing roofs towards the cathedral. All staff from the initial reception to the lady who served breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Parking garage access not working though.

This is definetely no 4-star hotel. I am a business client and the hotel is not good in service and hospitality. The parking is accessible through an elevator and we got stuck. They did nothing and said to call technician. On top they knew already the night before. I did not get to my meetings due to this incompetence. On top of that they hit my car in the night and could not proof a thing. Terrible customer experience and frustration.

Fantastic location, safe underground parking and decent size rooms. Little things could have been better like having 2 tea bags in the room, a plug socket on each side of the bed. Food and drink was expensive. Staff nice and speak good English.

We had the most fabulous stay here for new year, beautiful hotel, the lobby, dining area, courtyard entrance. Had a quiet room, upper floor. Clean and comfortable. Slept well, bed very comfy. Buffet breakfast was truly wonderful, beautifully presented, and a great assortment of foods and drinks. Staff so lovely and attentive at all times, felt very welcomed and cared for. Very helpful too. Hotel perfectly situated to walk everywhere, plenty of lovely places to eat dinner near by, and a cocktail bar too — all reviewed separately. Would highly recommend, and will def be staying again. Thankyou.

A hotel with a cosy atmosphere, tastefully decorated, quiet and in the centre of Rouen. Breakfasts at the top. Very nice staff.
Having children who live next door, we will return with great pleasure.

Excellent hotel, a small fitness room and a pleasant staff, breakfast included, salted possible (potato / scrambled eggs) in the center, the only drawback necessarily this is the parking but you have the choice between the parking lot of the maid or the hotel which requires a bit of preparation, because pedestrian street.

Clean, quiet room. Staff at reception a little slow but it's OK.

Excellent Stay, Practical boutique hotel in the heart of Rouen. We were able to park our bikes in the courtyard and visit the Centre on foot. We were very well received. Very nice breakfast.

Very good hotel! We were very well received, the staff is friendly and shows up at our disposal. The hotel is splendid, very well located and offers a beautiful setting. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this property.

This hotel is ideally situated in a quiet alley adjacent to numerous restaurants and boulangeries. The Rouen cathedral is only a couple minutes walk away as are all of the other main attractions in Rouen. The location couldn't be better in my opinion — close to the action, but with its own quiet courtyard without any tourist noise below.

The hotel is in the middle of the old part of Rouen so when you step your foot outside the all you can reach the cathedral in 2 minutes by walk. The hotel is modern, clean and offer all possible comfort. The only thing that was missing (at least in my room) was the air conditioning. But it was not a big deal because temperate are not so high even if we're in August. To be fair my review is about the hotel in general and the shell staff that is polite and accommodating. We skipped the breakfast because it was a little bit to expensive (16 euros), you can simply go to Paul and take a coffee and pan chocolate with 5 euros. You can park the car inside the hotel and it will cost you 13 euros per night.

A good 3 star. Although it has 4 no bidet and a few places car rooms and small bathroom.

The hotel facilities are all OK. But when a reservation is messed up, the front desk is initially unable to come up with a proper solution, and is clearly agitated when asked to fix it. Eventually he had to fix a room for us himself (no other staff present). Secondly, when customers are waiting at the desk, another front desk member continues to clean the coffee machine. Interesting priorities. Be friendly, and put customers first. An extra compliment for the lady managing the breakfast area — excellent work! Friendly and efficient!

Great city centre hotel with really cool decor and pretty good rooms. Very close to restaurants and bars serving really good food too!

Nice place, but the Internet only works when it wants. You are thought to be an idiot by making you believe that it is you or your computer that is screwing… (No luck we had two computers and two smart phones, none were working). They would win to invest in a Wi-Fi that runs the road.

Rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast buffet is adequate but overpriced. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Rooms are quite compact for the price, no air con so can get warm and toiletries and water were not replenished daily. I expect a bit more from Best Wester and a four star rating.

Hotel located in the historic centre of Rouen. You are at a stone pier visiting places, monuments and many restaurants. Do not hesitate if you have the opportunity. Namely that the hotel has a parking (paying), very useful so the parking in Rouen is complicated.

A great place to be as it is in the heart of the city and Rouen is the place to be if you like the choice to eat and drink never seen so many in such a compacted area.
