Hotel very very clean, quiet. Staff at the reception very nice and kind. I would gladly return on my next trip.

Very helpful lady had to tell us the hotel was 'complet'. We didn't really have any other options due to a lot of bad luck combined. She called a bunch of other hotels to get us a room. Eventually she could arrange a room for us in première classe. Too bad the climate control didn't work (or at least we could not figure it out) so the room was too hot. Petit dejeuner was decent, with very good croissants, but not much to choose from.

Hotel very recommendable. Simple but very clean. Tv, Wi-Fi, bathroom in the room, pk. Good breakfast. Good price. The truth k great.

Negatives: Employees available but may be a bit moody or under pressure some days; May be due to the workload requested by management.
The answers to the information requested are random and it can be annoying when you do not live in the region of 76 and around and the service is a little limited.
Confusion in the application and allocation of the rooms.
During one of the passages in this place; The parking garage door was blocked in open position which is not really reassuring. A faith is the elevator that was broken; It's embarrassing for people with mobility concerns but not in a wheelchair.
They say "free WI-Fi"… yes if you paid for the room; Or not. The term "free" is therefore not appropriate, but rather "conditional"; Same thing about the hotel parking. Free Yes; But under conditions. So not free.
Suitable for children… I disagree; It is a hotel that can accommodate families who have a small budget; But it is above all a hotel that greets workers on the move mainly. So adapt to toddlers (see the Pram icon on the site) ; … no! There are no dirty games and this is not a place I would recommend for our children because of the not very thick walls without being either chewed paper.

The new model of its hotels gives them a real boost one has more the impression of being in a first class base # Very nice staff very well designed parking. We will be back very soon at our next visit to Le Havre.

Hotel of the chain very good, breakfast perfect value for money only flat receptionist very little amiable it should take example on the staff of the first class hotel in Honfleur.

Hotel very good, new look that changes the old, spacious room, no noise even at night. Friendly staff and small plus, sheltered and closed parking at night.

Simple, new and clean. Good value for money and perfect for one night stay.

The Hotel is for a night okay. The hotel has its own car Park makes Parking easy. The Breakfast, however, leaves some to be desired.

Room was spacious and French breakfast was very limited but tasteful. Wifi worked fine. Unfortunately the front desk worker didn't speak English and because of that our request of the room was quite opposite what we asked for. Bed in the room was a little bit uncomfortable and without airconditioning in a hot day, we had a rough night. Room was also not cleaned properly and was lacking of towels. It is good to know that reception is closed in the middle of the day opening again at 5 pm.

Nice place. I gave 4 star because, we faced little problem in room keys due to some technical reason.

Cheap clean and very friendly staff. Lovely welcome. Could do with a better breakfast (some cheese or meat or an egg? ) and the entrance is very badly designed/poorly signposted. Confusing for newcomers and frustrating for wheelchair or trolley users. Nice food nearby. 3mins walk.

The parking for clients has not enough capacity, if you arrive too late in the evening, there is no empty places for your car.
