We stayed 2 nights here and it was truly perfect for several reasons.
The location of the hotel in the centre, the overall cleanliness, the very neat, bright, spacious and comfortable rooms, a royal breakfast, and a couple of owners so friendly.

A very warm welcome, very clean and nice room with sea views, perfect breakfast with lots of choice and quality products, the owners are lovely and very close to their guests, very nice discovery, we recommend this place with our eyes closed and we will come back with great pleasure!

This is hotel is extra. Very good welcome, staff very pleasant. The suite is wonderful and the bar too. We will come back.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable and with a really nice view of the marina and the ocean, the great breakfast, at the reception, a courteous and polite person, all clean, tidy and well-groomed, even the car garage. I just wonder why it only has three stars, not four.

Beautiful place and superb view the hotel is ideally located with its exceptional view of the port of Fécamp. The rooms are spacious, their layout is ideal, the quality of the materials used and the decoration are quite exceptional! What could be added if not the quality of its staff — discreet and efficient — and the goodwill of its management… we would like to be always welcomed and satisfied! A high place of the hotel that we can only recommend!

Room The bathroom is large (2 basins and a bathtub) and very clean. The toilets are separated. The view of the harbor is very nice but lack of privacy as passages of cars and pedestrians. No noise at night. Flat: Lacks a welcome tray, unwelcoming balcony. The receptionist is very friendly. We will come back to it without a problem.

This is our second stay at this very nice, well-located hotel with spacious rooms overlooking the marina. Very considerate staff.

Very good reception, sea view room spacious with a beautiful view, Good bedding and it is very quiet rest assured.

Breakfast was questionable for price, but very comfortable none the less.

Staff are bilingual, professional and detail oriented. Room was clean and Wi-Fi was easy to get going. I was very comfortable and would recommend highly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and high quality.

Suite 401 very nice, very quiet. Staff very attentive and helpful, full breakfast. Attention Monday night only 3 restaurants are open.

Not far from the sea and 20 minutes by car from Etretat.
-The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and all equipped with large mirrors, dry towels, free samples. Separate WC. Correct bedding, clean linen. Pleasant view (panoramic room at 150 euros).

-L' television screen is tiny compared to other hotels of the same range. No access to Canal + or Canal sat.
-No kettle to make a cup of tea.
-Brown floor carpet that lack of cleanliness! — > all white dog hair…
-L'hotel said accept pets, but in the final it only accepts dogs!
Therefore, we could not bring our ferrets are very wise, very clean, vaccinated and that they would have been left in a cage throughout the stay!
They would therefore not dirty the carpet as did this white dog…
Yet already traveled with our ferrets in other hotels 3-4-5 stars without that this poses any problem on the part of management. They never have anything dirty and have always been very wise!
So, I was really disappointed not being able to get them. So we were forced to reduce our stay as we would have stayed longer if they had come with us.
-Ladies consider bringing your dry hair, because of the Grand Pavois will tear off half of your mane and you will burn your ears!

Hotel with view of the Harbour (panoramic room) and very good quality, large spacious room. Piano bar on Saturday night, very nice for a drink in early evening.

High quality hotel, friendly. There is no downside.

Well-equipped rooms and a location that is correct, even if the bed is too soft for my taste. Breakfast served in buffet or in your room is cool, good, varied and plentiful.
A few flaws however meet: air conditioning is a bit too noisy and lack of efficiency, especially in times of heat, same for ventilation. Finally, located on important traffic artery, the room is unfortunately too noisy night.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, even if we can deplore room service slow and inefficient.

May be the best hotel I have ever stayed!
I am in hotels 4/5 days per week for more than 3 years and this hotel is for me a revelation.
An impeccable staff worthy of a (discreet, listening) palace, friendly, a hearty breakfast made from fresh produce, a room with a glass wall overlooking a harbour view, bathroom fend shui.
An unforgettable place…

Room with a view on the beautiful and well-equipped port and very helpful but the best of this hotel is hospitality which was perfect. A friendly team who received us well and we very well advised for the rest of our stay with a reservation at the restaurant La Suite, which was what we were looking for an evening of quality
