Beautiful, but not beautiful.
We booked this resort through the points of a friend who is partner Diamond Resorts.
As for the apartment nothing to say indeed, it absolutely reflects the quality we had already tried, décor of very good quality and absolutely complete to be a holiday home, from the large refrigerator to the oven 6th sense of the latest generation.

Too bad though that the common areas are absolutely old, but in my opinion the negative notes go to the pools, decidedly too small to hold the guests of the property (maybe 15/20 sunbeds the outside one and 7 sunbeds for the interior).

The emotional shower that reproduces the types of rain, from the tropical to the thunderstorm, is beautiful.

Fitness area with only 2 tools and large changing rooms.

The organization with respect to cleaning must also be better organized.

We only learned a week before our arrival that the entire resort was purchased by the Karma Group, I hope they think about renovating the outdated areas and improving internal services.

As it is conceived, I do not think I would return with the required number of points, but also with the values found on booking.

In this location it is a must to have the car.

Still in 2017 I will have put 5 stars. But there I am surprised to see rooms at 200 euros a night, we were very loyal guests came almost every week when the prices were still correct, which means: maximum 80 euros. Overnight it was impossible to book for a long time, I wondered why. I wouldn't come back, and you're going to lose a lot of customers, because it's not worth that rate at all! I hope it's going to go back to the way it was.

Can not fault the place. We booked through Secret Escapes and had a one bed apartment, very clean, with everything supplied. Staff were excellent and we stopped for 4 nights using it as a base to travel and explore the area. The property is located right next to a main road but that just made things easy for us to get around. Lovely location and do call into the restaurant opposite, GREAT food :-)

A beautiful setting next to the River Seine and surrounded by lovely countryside; this resort makes an excellent base in Normandy. There are so many places to visit nearby to suit all tastes. Highly recommended. We visit every year. Absolutely love it!

Excellent place to stay even if you want to visit Paris and all the surrounding areas with beautiful castles and manoirs. Great front desk and staff working there. Internet is bad though, so purchase a sim card in nearby Orange mobile store. Overall absolutely amazing place to visit in Normandy.

Very quiet residence well equipped apartment. Located near a small lake small swimming pool and sauna… Walks… visits… nearby.

Lovely location with good accommodation. Small indoor and also outdoor pool. Good touring base. We have stayed 4 times now. No onsite dining but good dining a drive away. Staff friendly. Plenty of on-site parking.

Quiet and secluded. Must be truly special in the summer.

A catastrophe.
We arrived in the evening late, and had to leave the next day as we had a very important stretch (visit our wedding hall. )
On arrival we are offered to bring us pastries for the next day. Nice! We'll order it.
Arriving in the apartment,. We realize that the window door is broken. Let's hope no one comes in at night!
By going to brush your teeth, ARF, clogged sink. Disgusting. We're going to brush our teeth in the kitchen.
The next day, no pastries at the scheduled time. Good. It doesn't matter. Let's go to the shower in the meantime and too bad for breakfast in bed.
Horror. No hot water.
I call four times the reception, no answer.
While my fiance took with hot water pans in the tub (we were caught by the time) I rushed to the front desk the receptionist was busy making breakfasts, and was not at the reception.
She said to me, all astonished, "Ho did you call? I did not hear! "I'm surprised!
In the meantime a technician is sent to the room, and so we finish our suitcases with the noise of the technician who made the three to the drill in the boiler.
During the check-out, the receptionist (more breakfast waitress than receptionist elsewhere) still found a way to keep me waiting while she knew we were presses.
We left refrigerated and late for our wedding hall visit.

Apartment really nice whether it is the room, bathroom or kitchen everything is there. A quiet and peaceful place for a little weekend in love… Really nice place. Too bad the pool was closed from the blow forced to go to an aquatic centre located 15 minutes from the residence.

Very well. Great services. Staff at the top. Too bad the indoor pool was too cold.

We were not warned that the wellness area was broken (swimming pool, sauna, gym) beautiful apartment with staff at disposal 24/24. Pay Attention Wi-Fi.

The site is nice, the premises are maintained and well equipped, a small pool brand new (in renovation when we were there but the management wanted to reimburse us the entrance tickets to the municipal pool, which we enjoyed) ideal for Holiday or a quiet weekend.

Excellent site on the banks of the Seine. Quiet and relaxing.

This a very quiet secluded resort not far from Rouen, Caen and Dieppe. Paris is easily reached.

This is a special spot. All the staff were friendly and helpful, they had some great tips about the local area. Our apartment was spotless. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, the sofa and beds were very comfy. We had a balcony with a lovely view across a pretty river. A quiet and romantic spot, tucked out of the way. With an outdoor swimming pool and table tennis area, indoor pool and small gym, all kept clean and well presented. We will return!

Great location and setting but let down by accommodation. Rather than installing USB sockets how about re-grouting the bathrooms or fitting the dishwashers properly?

Respect! Read the cancellation policy thoroughly. We cancelled 6 days before arrival and were charged at 860 EUR.
No goodwill is to be expected from this hotel.

This Hotel is well-situated to explore the Normandy Region of France. It's only 30 kilometers from the region's Capitol; Rouen and less than 200km from Delville Wood (North-East) and Omaha Beach (North West). The locale is peaceful and the staff are very accommodating.

Relaxing setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

A very welcoming mansion. Very friendly staff. Indoor pool heating with sauna and gym. Play Air for children.

Ideal hotel for a family stay. We took an apartment with 2 large rooms, a living-dining room-kitchen. The furniture was design and quality bedding. Nice view of the river. The residence has an indoor pool and a gym! Attention, paid access (and not mentioned in the reservation). Nice park with games for children on the other side of the river. Very nice!

Wonderful place, quite idyllic peaceful and restful. Right by the Seine and is a great base to roam the surrounding area.

A GPS and a well fuelled car definitely required here for any meaningful tourism unless your schoolkid French is up to scratch, and indeed a certain amount of forward itinerary planning if not imagination is essential to gain any meaningful tourist experience. This place is miles from anywhere and the bridge crossing the Seine leading to the "recreation area" leads to a disappointing, shabby unkempt shambles that's best avoided post September since the pool/tennis courts/pingpong/picinc area which are advertised are all clearly derilict. They certainly were in October half term. The inside (4m long! ) Pool was OK, though full with more than two toddlers in it. Not great. No on-site entertainment at all, not even a bar ("we have't the licence"), apart from the ridiculous and inevitable Sunday Timeshare "get together" where there's no refreshment provided at all. Not evena coffee. This is one of the few timeshare where you clearly get what you deserve and no-one's trying to sell you any more weeks; (not a fake tan anywhere! ) It's also where they try to cram 30 adults and their (again, inevitably, English, badly behaved, clearly unsupervised, screaming and spoilt progeny: "percy's NOT a chld, just a shrunk down adult! he can break that picture frame if he wants.
