Best hotel of my trip to France. Great and attentive front desk, especially a very friendly Clara. My day-trip with Alex of Escape Tours Evasion was also superb. Very deserving of the top spot on Tripadvisor.

Our stay was excellent! The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff (especially Ned) was great at helping us with booking tours and restaurant reservations. The only area for improvement would be the AC didn't seem to work so well. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay with three children under 12 years. Rooms and Location were amazing. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at the reception. We had a very pleasant stay. Thankyou.

Pros — Great location, fully equipped kitchenette with pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc. Room was spacious. Lots of eateries nearby. Beautiful garden with play area very close to the hotel. Overall this place of good value for money. Cons — No dishwasher which I felt would have been good to have. Air conditioning is not effective at the upper deck hence it's very warm at night in summer. From the nearest bus stop till the hotel entrance there are steps (no slope) so we had little difficulty to transport our stroller.

The location was amazing with all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping right close. The beach was also within walking distance and many old town attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having the washer/dryer right in the room. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was fairly large (for Europe) and the towels large and fluffy. I was with my 2 sisters and cousin in the suite. We found that the air was hotter in the mezzanine (loft) area than it was on the main floor. The air conditioning was good on the main floor. The black out blinds were terrific and our room was very quiet. The bed on the main floor was comfortable and there were outlets to plug in our cell phones. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed in a deluxe suite and it was really big for France standards! The ceilings were really high and the rain shower was cool. Washer and dryer was really useful and they had umbrellas for us to use. Reception was helpful too. I think what could've been improved would be to provide firm pillows and a gym.
