End of July 2021 our accommodation 6 palm trees very good and quiet but pines housing 337 for 1 couple and son disaster no insulation intermediate door, meal canteen could do better for the price paid poor understaffed staff super nice at the bar Séréna and Stephane the lifeguard who is very pro, pool ext. Well heated and beautiful beach.

Superb place, with magnificent vegetation, an impeccable place and above all a welcome at the top.

Very well surrounded by the Belambra team. 🛌 Spacious room, and clean. And a dynamic and family atmosphere with the committee of super grannies. Very good stay.

1st time in hotel club and I do not regret at all, very good atmosphere, staff at the top, good entertainment, hearty buffet, I recommend.

Another great week spent in this club, everything was still perfect, animators, accommodation, catering, I highly recommend this club.

The morning buffet very varied and rich buffet of the evening served with wine and water, every evening another dish, all was good and the homemade desserts are very good and varied. Our housing very large practice, clean, near the beach beautiful, had there spent a nice stay surrounded by the great mediterranean garden has had a heart stroke thank you.

Really well located club and very knowledgeable personal. Special mention to Stéphane, super lifeguard very educational and kind to children. Thanks also to Gauthier who is a great tennis teacher.

This is the first time I've gone on vacation with Belambra. I usually frequent "The Club Med" with equivalent rates. According to your sales department, the new Belambra Clubs would be worth the "Club Med", I inform you that this is totally wrong.
After paying 6400 euros for two weeks in full board, VIP client (2 adults, and 1 4 year old) all options in your last resort Riviera Beach Les Pins, the most expensive Club Belambra in France, I am extremely disappointed with the quality/ price ratio.
I chose the service: VIP customer in order to guarantee me a number of services that I do not find, namely:
— A reserved parking space: which does not exist. After information from the reception, the parking is not yet finalized. The alleys in caillasses that look like castine without being, make noise when a vehicle passes over it, even the carts (transport of suitcases) of Belambra make a very unpleasant noise when you are on your balcony to rest … Finally, this very pretty-looking, foot-damaged, when you're in tap to get around… as for the pretty alleys of club Les Palmiers…
— I also had to have a clear view. I find myself with a view of the SPA building and a "wild" car park: everyone parks their vehicle where ver can. The description on your website is not in line with reality, rest of the work (cables, electric table barely secured …) I think it is akin to false advertising.

It's a shame not to put enough staff on. It's ruining everything. If the site on which the Belambra Riviera Beach Club is located is pretty, which is difficult to bear, it is the station hall that serves as a collective dining room, with the morning waiting in front (or behind) the coffee machine), the sticky floor from the first children arrived, the noise constantly…

Worst hotel we have ever been to! Our room was dirty, and toilet — Repulsive! we couldn't even use them! They stank of urine and sewerage. It was unbearable. The staff ignored us and didn't lift a finger, saying that they don't have cleaning services at the club. Finally they sent a maintenance man, who instead of cleaning the toilet, only sprayed products and chemicals, making the problem mush worse and also possibly unhealthy and dangerous for us and especially a small child to breath. After complaining to the manager, he offered to write to the main office and said that we will be reimbursed, but after we called and called, we were told that we deserve nothing back because Belambra paid for one night at a different hotel. Though, it was a lie. Another couple that was there with us, had bed bugs and they were given one night, not us. I tried to explain that they are confusing us with another room, but no one at Belambra wanted to listen, they were very rude and hung up the phone in our face! Such an embarrassment for Belambra to allow a family with a small child to pay for a room like that. We feel very humiliated! I cannot believe that this is the way they treat paying costumers. We couldn't use the toilet for one week! An absolute disgrace both the state of the room and the toilet and also the service. Till this day, no one from Belambra had responded to our emails.

Stay at the top! Club very nice with infrastructure and extra personnel. The food is excellent and everyone is in the small care! Thank you to all of you for this stay!

Very nice site, beach close by, nice pool, very decent meals, very welcoming team. It's quiet even when it's full. The frequency of cleaning the rooms is to be improved.
I recommend, especially as a family.

We had a wonderful stay, the situation of the club is ideal for relaxing with your feet in the water. It is missing a star on my review for the kitchen to improve and the animation for adults in the evening I've experienced better at Belambra in particular to the Grande Motte.

Beautiful setting. Great and nice accommodation. Good animation. The staff is very smiling. On the other hand we were in full board and the buffets are quite mediocre. For having made several clubs this is by far the worst. The steaks are cooked in advance and are presented dry and overcooked in a dish. Sauces have no taste (just fat), vegetables are puréed so much that they are cooked, pasta sticks and are cold and originality level there is none. If this point was worked and redesigned this club would be on top!

Very nice families resort. Children can move freely. Everything is reachable for the short time, beach, pool restaurant etc. In the middle of a pine forest. Very well maintained condition. Highly recommended.

Stay in the club at 2. We found the club super and clean. Decent size room with terrace. Nice Park. Beautiful beach and swimming pool. We had a great time. Top animators and very friendly. We highly recommend and think back soon.

Superb stay with all the same a downside: pool temperate at 24 ° and not heated as advertised!
It seems obvious to me that if we choose a club with this option it is to be able to bathe comfortably with a time never certain at this time. Really bad.

Great location for those who want to visit the area this club where we stayed a week half-board includes blocks of 8 well-equipped rooms scattered in a large wooded park, the meals are plentiful and varied with a theme each evening, of Many animations are offered for teenagers and adults, 3 heated swimming pools and access to the beach.
The staff are very smiling and small care for the guests, the only downside is the mosquitoes, but some parts of the world are much more infested, and perhaps the coktels that seem a bit expensive overall a very good club for a reasonable price.
I would recommend it without hesitation.

Des années que nous sommes clients et le lieux s'améliore et s'embelli d'année en années. J'apprécie la vue et la proximité que nous avons avec le centre ville de hyènes. La fréquentation est très bonne, c'est l'endroit idéal pour aller en vacances avec sa familles et des amis.

We stayed last August. The club is clearly well located, and the vegetation of the club well maintained and enjoyable to stroll around.
The site is a good starting point to visit the area, you just have to avoid the corks of the presqu'ile (30 minutes to make a few kilometers at noon or in the evening).
The pool is clearly appreciable and guided our choice.
On the other hand in August the price is not compared with the services offered (2500 euros per week in half board to 2 adults).
The tiny room is clean, but we were disturbed by the fleas and the lifts of sewer, and the housekeeping is poorly done (we had to complain that they change the maid).
We took half board, no regrets. Given the prices, we eat very well elsewhere and this allows to vary the meals.
For adults the food is correct to passable according to the days, lunch or breakfast it smells the savings (fake Nutella appeared during the stay, few choices at midday, dishes that often come back in the evening, instant coffee but no espresso…).
For the bar, I regretted the high price of drinks for basic beers (half to 6 or 7 euros it seems to me). It's better to buy real beers at the supermarket.
For the parking, you have to hope to have a place in the shade, on that side we were lucky.
We were not convinced by the animations: petanque, aperitif games… There is a sailing club right next door but you have to pay more. Same goes for the club bikes.

A bit expensive for what it is. Well maintained rooms, park and gardens. Friendly staff The drinks are excessively expensive but we expected little better for the price.

We had a great week (last week of until September) in a charming club and frankly nothing to say a very nice manager, warm, listening as well as all his team of animators, reception, restaurant staff, bar and Room maintenance finally nothing to say continue as well
We were in full board and were satisfied with the food there was a choice thanks to all and all

Very good stay, excellent location good entertainment, kids club at the top.

The hotel is beautifully prepared. Since Belambra took over the Club occur but some negative sides of the Club. Usually you can get not the booked room; on the terrace of the restaurant it smells like fecal matter; When plants are abgesäbelt (with hand mower) there is danger of Slingshot; Staff was not able to mount a dropped mosquito net; the guest must put away his used dishes yourself morning; It is not possible on the gravel square, which is surrounded by Palm trees to take his dinner in peace and quiet (the Kießplatz is specially seen here) ; There is no table cloths and no reasonable chairs. Nevertheless, the holiday is always very relaxing and the location of the plant is simply can't be topped.

5 days in a super club.

We had a room in which the toilet smelled very strong urine. We asked several times again making the household but this was not the problem. The toilet back smell really bad. There was also some ants in the shower thing unappetizing especially when you have children at a young age.
We paid a kit baby €45 and this included the loan of a small bathtub. That is provided to us was dirty.
Finally, animations type karaoke or concert took place in open air. This was a lot of noise and wouldn't let the possibility for children to fall asleep peacefully. These shows should be organized indoors to preserve the tranquility of vacationers.
We were disappointed by the club, mainly for the reasons indicated above. Everything wasn't bad, on the contrary. The environment and the facilities are nice. The staff is overall friendly. But at the price where we pay the stay, the quality really isn't at the height!
