➜ Friendly staff in the vast majority, but room to review (the carpet has seen better days but especially the room smelled very strong cigarette, a highlight for a non-smoking room, as clearly stated on the door of the latter: Some upscale customers are pigs).
Regarding parking, it is not "free" H24. We had the misfortune to leave the car in the indigo parking lot of the hotel for 24 hours, we had to pay 11 euros parking!
The hotel has a parking allowance of 5 p. M.
Still we had to know.
➜ We chose this hotel because it was the best fit in our travel plans, not for anything special. When we arrived we left the car in the parking lot of the casino itself — forum, all very fast. The car park has elevators, but you have to look for them, the first day we put the bags up by hand. It has 3 floors and there is always a square.
The décor of the reception is not typical of the old casinos, it is rather modern with a touch to Las Vegas. At the same reception you will find the entrance to the Casino, the hotel reception and the dining area. To leave the car park you have to ask for another ticket at reception when you are going to take the car (you can not have it more than 19 hours in a row) and at the exit barrier pass the two tickets; we didn't know and we had to ask for help to get out the first time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room is huge and with a stunning terrace in which to sit for breakfast or sunbathe on your sun loungers. The beds are very comfortable, they seem to hug you and the bathroom is phenomenal. The only drawback I put is that it has no screen and you have to be very careful with the water when showering. Everything was super clean and room service 10. You can also regulate the temperature of the room to your liking. The room is decorated in the room and is classical.
In the room you have tea and coffee so you can do it if you feel like it.
