The apartments are located at different addresses in the station, but at least within 200 m of a ski lift.
Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly asked to contact the residence in advance to get the late arrivals check-in procedure.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee from € 45 to € 90 is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. The cleaning fees vary according to accommodation type, please refer to the accommodation description for the exact amount.
Please note that the Spa and Hammam will be closed from May until November.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them upon arrival for € 12 per person for bed linen and € 10 per microfibre towel.

A damage deposit of € 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Was stuck in sub zero temperatures for over 3 hours because the hotel didn't send us the code to get the keys out of the safe. Didn't find a hotel until 4am in the morning and that 2as thanks to reps. Do not use this place.
