Great beach. Restaurants very close with drinks food and ice cream.

The place is sublime with the sea or the seawater pool. Ideal for families with children. Water sports and swimming lessons.

Nice room very nice, all the staff is very good. The only "downside" would be at the level of breakfast … you have to play elbows, too many people at the same time it's a shame.
I will be happy to come back.

Fantastic experience with my wife nice and professional welcome. The bedrooms are very comfortable! Large and spacious also the balcony overlooking the sea! In short, we are very very satisfied!

A hotel just horrible. Room not clean, there were stains in the toilet, including on the door. In the shower I found hair. The restaurant is too expensive for the quality of the products. Jai order a pizza 4 cheeses. It is my served a pizza burn without cheese es this normal for her? The coffee 8th. This hotel is worthy of a vulgar 2 stars with the price not justified in the light of the services beyond excellence. It was my birthday no advantage or upgrade or coffee offered nothing. Pool degeulasse. The person who looks after the pool bar to eat in the plate of the customer before him enmener its my shock she put her fingers in her plate. I'm not the only one to have seen the live action shame. I limit the urge to tell the customers I am engaged. The manager of the restaurant in orange green is very haughty and we were denied a plate additional to share a cake with my husband wouuuaaa never seen before. The staff at check in that warns you that the parking is for a fee and explains nothing at all. The mini bar is charged while you eat, yes lack of sensors. Anything at this hotel. The jacuzzi pool is green too degeulasse. It is far from the luxury of monaco. The bedding leaves to be desired. The cousins are all soft. The terrace was not clean. The breakfast 36th but wait you not a sublime buffet worthy of a 5 star… not a buffet, a café, a ju at this price its not going well.

Fabulous Sunday Champagne Brunch… great selection of foods to suit all tastes/dietry requirements, heavenly & plentiful desserts, free-flowing Veuve Clicquot, attentive staff & stunning setting… highly recommend!

It's just super! 2 nights with family, pleasant staff, room service great with the choice, a bath toy had been prepared for our baby, a little attention is very appreciated! The swimming pool is impressive with accessories for the children and finally the sea view is outstanding!

4 days spent at the hotel, a true palace. Even more magic with the sumptuous decorations of Christmas and the view over the sea breathtaking. The staff is really nice and very helpful. The room service is of a very high speed. We will come back with pleasure!

Best customer service. I was sick and asked if there was a doctors office near by. The front desk said they could have a doctor in my room within ten minutes. Very friendly doctor came by and the hotel even brought my prescriptions to my room. Amazing views and food as well.

Truly spent a night in paradise! We were upgraded to a double view corner room and every detail of the property, staff service and ambiance was the best it could possibly be! Our only regret is that we could only spend one night! 2 or 3 or more would have been much better!

Not a great experience. Firstly, the check-in desk is severely understaffed: every day there are queues. The rooms need a make-over: they're unattractive, badly furnished, and dirty. They also smell of smoke. They don't have proper king/queen beds: they push two singles together, and you can feel the crack in the middle, as they don't include any sort of topper. The service is bad, particularly from management: they ask you to provide feedback, and then don't do anything about it. A very poor experience.

I haven't been at the old beach in years. The restaurant experience was unfortunately a big disappointment. The standard was poor and the service slow. The beach should be for swimming not eating.

Monte Carlo beach, unforgateable Sunday, the beach and the swimming pool are amazing. The service and the quality of the food exceptional and the guests are wonderful, like a fashion show in a pleasant way! The atmosphere is unique! You need to try it!

Nice Hotel rooms, friendly staff, but even if its Monaco, its to expensive. 20 Euro only for a hot dog, 27 Euro for a plate with some pieces of melon, and 38 Euros for a salade nicoise. At the Pool! Not in the Restaurant…

A good hotel, is practically "on the edge" of Monaco.
Everything in the hotel is at a decent level. People come to have breakfast in the morning at the local restaurant.

A swimming pool and an impeccable reception, the meals are good, count around 60 euros for a meal and a drink.

Nice place, good and attentive service, good food. Peaceful and educated clients. Some more healthy / veggies options would have been appreciated at the brunch.

I was only there for the pool and the sea, perfect place for sunbathing, a short bath in the sea or the lagoon have sand background, around a small glass.

Lavish location with a premium beach spot and plenty of amenities (pool, spa, casino). Stayed one night for a corporate event, room was huge and comfortable.

Count 50 € per person for a drink and a dish, well served close to the swimming pool, valet parking, very pleasant.

Exceptional establishment! The rooms and the service are of a rare quality. I love getting to this place. It represents what the best can be found on the French Riviera. The pool is beautiful and you can have a good time at the Spa. I recommend this property!

A disaster The service staff that serves you when you arrive by car.
He had to pick up two professional tennis players who participated in the Monte Carlo Master's degree. They just had to open the car door and get in.
The hotel official did not allow it, yelled at me and sarcastically asked me if I was going to leave the car there "that was in the whole half of the area. "
It had not turned off the engine and it had no more than 15 seconds waiting for the tennis players to rise.
The parking attendant didn't even notice that they had a baby in their arms.
A complete disrespect. They should contemplate kindness, especially if a guest wants to get on a vehicle. Inexplicable and demented attitude.

Amazing Pool, nice Christmas Decorations and very good food served quickly. All including a fabulous suite inside the hotel's large buildings. A nice catwalk outside and a small vegetation track to follow. I highly recommend this place but reservations are a good idea if you are looking to stay during the Rolex Tennis Season or during the Monaco F1 timing.

Great Location, seaside view beautiful each morning, indoor/outdoor pool enjoyable, concierge very helpful and pleasant, front desk welcome great, Valet bunch of cool guys, housekeeping persistence with having your room clean, Blue Gin nice night cap no dancing though Deejay was in his own world, Gift shop attendant wasnt helpful. MCB is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the fast cars going up and down and around the street.

I was here for an event. For the short time that I spent there I have to say that I found it a place at the height of the city and with a view overall better than other places nearby.

A front desk mediocre welcome style your papers your cb 1st left for intern ine acessers who does not speak French a maid who rings at 8am on Sunday half an hour's queue at check out damage because the site is perfect the restaur ant on the other hand is at the top the bar and the bar staff as brief go to dinner or have a drink but if you are looking for the services of a hotel ht range forget.

I fell in love with this hotel. The views of Monaco bay from this location is amazing. Stepping out of the hotel during the sunrise there is such a lovely view over the horizon. The staff are all so calming and welcoming. Very relaxing experience.

I am a regular of places I usually stay in exceptional hotel like the Bellagio the Venetian which finds it in Las Vegas frankly it is part of my favorite hotel the staff and very professional. The reception really top and the Super concierge, the location, I think C is the location that makes all the difference the breakfast really excellent taste the quality for a very attractive price. I fell in love madly in love with this establishment I count more times I stay if you could put more D stars I would have put hundreds.

C is super welcome refined very large room of great comfort with view on a part of Monaco sea and environment of the Hotel beautifully landscaped for Christmas. Delicious meal composed of 5 dishes all prepared as a work of art Bravo to the chef. I can only compliment this hotel only downside the high price of car parking because you can not do anything other than to resort to parking.

Many do not like, and for me is ideal for short visits to Monaco.

This is wow facility. Prime location with fantastic views of Monaco bay. The property is expansive and the pools venture from indoors to outdoors seamlessly. The breakfast which was included is top rated and should satisfy all. The rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. The staff is warm and professional and most helpful for suggestions and activities. We shall return.

Picked up a great off season deal. The rooms are lovely and staff very helpful. As it was off season not all the pool area was open but the indoor bits were. The hotel restaurant is top class and worth spending money at.

Once in our room we had two notes letting us know for the first time: 1) The hotel sold the exterior pool and surroundings for a gala therefore it will be closed to guests from late afternoon. What a great way to treat its paying guest and make extra money… The note and staff has kindly let us know we can go in the sea, thanks for that! 2) On the top of the above, the interior pool was closed for its annual service. Obviously I don't browse each facility page to read the fine print and see if they are open. I believe we could have been warned in a straight forward manner about it while booking directly on their website, or at least by email. Alternatives such as Thermes Marin or SPA access was never offered to us despite asking, only the sea… Then the SPA: Only accessible by paying extra, nowhere on the site you can find this, it is not in the price list or on the site. What is the point of listing a spa in your facilities if the sauna and hamam aren't included like they are in 99.9% of hotels. No complimentary water in the room, you'll have to pay 7 euros for a 25cl bottle. No coffee machine or Italian coffee press you'll only get two miserable soluble coffee bags. Breakfast is as stressful as a busy airport hall: space is cramped and very busy. Like many others we also had to wait for a table as it was full.

Hotel did a bait and switch on us, we ordered a king size bed, yet got two single beds that were placed together, also internet is DEAD SLOW at the hotel, in addition pool was closed yet we got informed of the matter after we paid and checked into the room, just to find a letter saying we sorry pool is closed, in addition the hotel did not do anything to compensate for the matter, hotel manager was very rude when we mentioned these matter to him, (or as we say, a smart ass), I would not stay here again nor recommend any one to stay, … room was very nice no doubt, yet all the other mentioned items made it not worth the money nor the stay, will never stay here again.

It was our 20 year anniversary and my husband had booked us in to this resort. Expectations were high as we always stay somewhere nice for our anniversary. The resort is lovely and spacious. However, I feel attention to detail is missing. First thing, we've booked for a special occasion so minimum expected is a 'congratulations' message and usually we get a nicely decorated plate with a slice of cake in the room, but No we were left a bowl of fruit, no plates or cutlery! We had to ask for them. They then sent some complimentary soft drinks and biscuits. A bit late. Next. And I have a big problem with this one. No complimentary water in the room. Not even still water! You have to purchase from mini bar which doesn't stock much of a supply. Not good especially in a hot place where you want to keep hydrated. Next. If you love your Nespresso first thing in the morning then you'll also be disappointed. Just the basic kettle in the room. It's a 5 star hotel so when we go down for breakfast don't ask us to sign paperwork for breakfast from the day before. Do your homework and check if the booking is 'bed and breakfast'. Embarrassing for staff and irritating for us. Like I said attention to detail. Plenty of plus points though as we had an amazing view from our balcony, staff were friendly. I will come back to Monaco but think I'll give another place a try.

Terrible service over priced food impolite waiters. Be ready to $$$$ if you want any attention 150€ to get a chaise lounge (plastic) 4000€ for season. Had a lifeguard fired last year. The lifeguard tried to go out with me and other insidious remarks I would not repeat here. Even though I paid for the season I never went back. Not high on confort zone staff or food. — 10

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, good service. The only downside to staying at Monte Carlo Bay is that it is kind of secluded. No shops/cafes near by so you need a car. They offer free shuttle service that can drop you infront of cafe de paris or the nearby Monte Carlo beach hotel.

Please be extremely careful of this place we had over 700 euros stolen from our room, once we informed the hotel management they said they would conduct an investigation but nothing was done. This whole country to protect there image try to cover things like this up.

The service is impeccable and the staff are very professional and make every effort to ensure that your stay is wonderful. I had the most fantastic view of the indoor pool and grounds and Monaco from my balcony! The outdoor pool is HUGE! Breakfast is the top. It was a proper, full on menu breakfast and all you can eat. Service is wonderful in the restaurant and they have excellent coffee! You feel really pampered, which is what a vacation should feel like! Room prices are good, especially for being in Monaco. Bonus, you get a little, rubber, seahorse to keep that the staff puts near the bathtub.

The hotel is four star but the service (reception, waiters, maids etc…) is five stars. Everywhere is clean and everything works properly. Breakfasts are excellent: quality fresh products and a large assortment. Large outdoor swimming pool, as well as a large indoor pool. Plenty of sun loungers, you can always find a free space. There is no beach, but 50 meters away there is a small public beach, convenient, you can not go to the central city Beach. For an additional fee, you can define a child in the children's Club for the whole day or half day. From the hotel to the city center and back can be reached by minibus of the hotel, free of charge.

Cool place, outside seating restaurant by the swimming pool and access to the beach.

For Monaco the prices are cheep! The food in both restaurants excellent, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a win win hotel for all.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, great views, great pool heated to 30 degrees! There is even a 2nd huge outdoor pool with are in sand! One minor annoyance:-18 cannot enjoy the pool without parents. Otherwise superb restaurant with a wonderful view, it's a 5 star!

We've been to stay here three times now — the first time in 2009 then again in 2013 and 2014. I struggle to think of any other hotel I've been back to three times whilst on holiday. Whilst from the outside the building may not be entirely to my taste, that's easily forgotten once inside. The rooms were spotless on both occasions, and finished to a very high standard — and a large number of the rooms have balconies with sea views, which we really enjoyed. Perhaps the main highlight here is the swimming pool, including the sand bottomed lagoon — easily my favourite pool of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Also breakfast here is a real treat, particularly if you can get a table out on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. I think it's probably the cheapest of the four SBM hotels in Monaco, and whilst it may not have quite the grandeur or elegance of the Hotel de Paris or the Hermitage, the other places don't have the Bay's superb pool, or seaside location. As you might expect there's a large variation in the price depending on the season. Early September proved to be a great time to stay for us two years running, when the weather was still very summery, but the prices had dropped dramatically.

Extremely pleasant hotel, located a bit out of the hustle and bustle but right on the water. This is a new hotel so it doesn't have the character/soul of something older; that's not a criticism but a simple fact. Benefit is that it's attractive, tidy, well organized, has a nice aroma (ginger? ) carefully wafted into the lobby, excellent and consistent service, etc.

It would be a dream visit them, but unfortunately I do not have money.
