Les Terrasses du Luberon far exceeded my expectations even though they had been high after seeing the lovely photographs on the website. The view from the terraces is grandiose, the rooms impeccably appointed. Everything has been chosen with taste and concern for quality, such as the bathroom fixtures, the towels, the lamps, the terrace furniture. And our hosts, Marie-Laure and Jean-Marc could not have been more gracious. Their breakfasts are exemplary, with homemade jams from their own fruit trees, and farm-fresh eggs cooked to perfection. We were a party of five, and each of us was dithyrambic about our stay. The comfort, care and greeting will long be remembered. We look forward to another stay.
Extremely nice host with an endless number of suggestions to eat and visit (and speaks great English, however we spoke to him in French). Room is nice and dark at night and temperature is comfortable at night due to light blankets and fans. Nice refreshing pool which some may find a little on the cold side during the less hot days even if it is heated. Fridge, plates and cutlery are available. Maybe the best sleep I had in France. The room terraces are all one next to the other which allow you to talk to other guests and the communal breakfast gave us a chance to talk tot he other guests often, we really had a great time. The only problem is the Wi-Fi is weak (none at pool and frustrating in room), but even with that, it is well worth it, would definitely be back if we return to the area.
