— on the hotel side:
The booking was partly taken into account. (the hotel being full, one suspects messy arrangements to pile up a little more)
The rooms are shabby: cobwebs, clogged showers, leaky flushes, and so on.

— on the catering side:
The map clearly specifies the allergens! What could have been perfect if the kitchen did not take liberties with the accompaniments, thus contaminating the rest of the dishes.
This might have been acceptable if it had not happened to EVERY flat.
Certainly the drinks were offered (2 sodas) but the hospitalization was feared many times!

Fortunately, the staff are friendly (but incompetent: if we hadn't been vigilant, we would have finished the evening in the EMERGENCy room).

Very well eaten but hotel and environment to renovate urgently! And no elevator…

This is a decent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the rooms are a bit dated. However we sleep well!

Personally, I tested only the restaurant on 07 may 2018 so here are my comments, Menu at 24 euros, flat, dessert for Mrs and 29 euros entrée, plate, dessert for Mr: A part of lamb consistent, excellent, cooked to wish with an accompaniment, a Polenta and a slice of zucchini with a well seasoned provençale, a little light accompaniment maybe for a man.
Dessert: Strawberry Tiramisu, Raspberry, for Mrs, good but…
A Tiramisu thimble! A tiny verrine for 2 teaspoons, impossible to taste Mr, and the flakes of pistachio offered in this dessert are nonexistent! Disappointed for Mrs.
Dessert: The Gourmet cafe for Mr who is a greedy, very disappointed…
Only has the name "greedy" Unfortunately!
Only small industrial cakes without flavors, a hard button like wood, to avoid…
Balance Sheet 50% success: The main dishes were good overall but thank you Mr. Restaurateur to revisit your desserts for menus even at 24 and 29 euros, it would have been normal for desserts to be successful!
I end with a positive note, the reception and the service of the staff, smiling and friendly… nothing to say.

Staff very nice, welcoming and present in case of need but I find that the quality of hygiene in the rooms remains to be improved but the condition of the rooms is still good! As for the restaurant, I'm deserving emplement its two stars!

It was very noisy and the restaurant was very good.

We stopped here for lunch and it has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The service and food is good for a quick stop. The dining room wasn't busy with pop music playing in the background. The hotel seems like a nice place to stay overnight, if I pass through again I would try it for a night.

Very much recommend this hotel! Very clean, kind available and you eat great! C is a nice pool, it is in the center in Savines and C is a breathtaking view of the lake, will definitely return, wonderful holiday!

Room and bathroom need a renovation.

We stopped here for lunch. First the view on the lake is overwhelming. The lunch was more than good. The chef in de kitchen uses mostly local products. We enjoyed it a lot.

Just average. Hotel lacking charm with a dated décor. I got a small room especially the bathroom. I wish I could cover more because with the wind room struggled to warm up. Even the dining room was too cold. Why we in the veranda. Lunch nothing exceptional, a little parched ravioli I understand why I've expected them so long. Sorry trout also was overcooked. The breakfast was not as to the height. The Carina in Gap it is ten times better. Apart from the view nothing justifies the price.

Stop very nice restaurant. Nice view. Neat meal. Fast service and friendly staff.

Great hotel very good service.
The rooms are clean but a bit old (shower and washbasin) and very badly isolated the noise level but most people go to rest so very quiet in general.
Meals are outstanding and the location of the hotel is a dream with this pool facing the Lake. It is not located in edge of road so more quieter than other hotels.
Staff friendly and attentive.
I would recommend this hotel.
