➜ Good experience and good welcome at the hotel level, attentive and responsive staff (for the most part) a pity that some "forget" you when you ask for a towel at 6pm for the pool and you feel like you're pissing it off. Restaurant level of very good dish a pity that at this time the menu is the same in the evening and at noon, after 3 days it quickly feels like we have done the rounds especially when we forget (again) to give us the suggestions of the day. Top bartender and valet, responsive and very friendly. Pleasant director. We keep a good sound anyway.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel from our late check-in, we were greeted not as patrons, but as friends. The staff was exceptional, warm, articulate, informative, friendly and impeccably dressed (very professional! ). They staff even went to efforts to reopen the bar for a quick poolside nightcap, to boot. Rooms were super clean, superb European-Mediterranean beach style… I wish I booked more nights! Great food, great service, great pool, and great beaches. Staff on the beach, on the pool deck, in the restaurants, and behind the reservation counter were in perfect coordination. Exceptional all around. Worth every penny.
