Fruit salad at breakfast just plain disgusting, fermented fruit from the tin.
Cleanliness deficient.
Conclusion: But the greatest need is not possible.
And for all those who put value on it: The bathroom is simply under all sau and hardly reasonable.

Completely adequate for 1-2 nights.

Has a great view and location. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous and speaks several languages. Only 3 stars because it wasn't as clean as I'm used to from Ibi's budget. Room halfway ok but the balcony very dirty.

A shame, €60 per night in dust and dirt, to avoid.

Low budget hotel, a cheap solution for a sea vacation in menton. Near the garavan train station.

Clean rooms, very close to the beach and the city center. Wi-Fi gratis. Parking for 6€ and some coffee/snack machine in the hall. The receptionist is very Very scorbutical and not sociable. Never say hello!

We chose to stay here as a one night base to go to the Monaco GP practice. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. We got lucky with a 6th floor room with a great view. The room was small but knew that beforehand. It was clean, the air con was good, the walk-in shower was nice. The road was quiet at night. We parked right outside with no problems and the train station is 5 minutes walk behind the hotel.

Great hotel for those who don't want to spend a fortune! Minimalist furniture but with (almost) everything. Good breakfast compared to the price. A little bit far from downtown but, for those who don't want to have it on foot, reached by bus. Recommended.
