Afternoon thalasso with my daughter. We enjoyed the treatments, the large swimming pool with jacuzzi, the relaxation area with sauna and hammam. Welcoming staff. Nice sea view from the bar. To be redone…

Well renovated hotel on the 2nd floor, fridge in the rooms. View garden and sea very nice.
this year the service at the restaurant was not as good as the other years… error on commands, oversights, and service far too long when there are young children. But this institution remains to advise. We'll be back next year.

Value for money restaurant not always at the top … but the welcome and care are perfect as well as the setting and proximity of the beautiful village of the saints.

Small weekend for Valentine's Day 2020. This was our 2nd stay in Thalacap and it was very nice; The location is nice with beach views, modern amenities and well decorated atmosphere "Camargues" and varied and quality treatments. Good food too!

Saintois we decided to discover the restaurant. What disappointment, no professionalism, poorly received, obnoxious limit. Very average, disappointing food qualities. We won't go anymore and we won't recommend it.

Living in the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer we ate at the restaurant. We were very disappointed with the quality of the dishes and the service was deplorable. We will never set foot in this facility again.

Very disappointed! It's a shame because the site of holy brides of the sea is top but then the center of thalasso it sucks! There is no maintenance while deteriorating! The reception is really mediocre no hello no smile the staff is really limited there is a let go; poir say on our arrival a housekeeper was slumped on the sofa of the reception with her phone! Frankly it is not done; my strong bailer masseur all sitting! The massage rooms suck with a great view of the parking lot and a noise not at all relaxing! I really felt like there was a let go general! In short, I will not advise him and I will not return either; the banyuls thalacap is much better!

Disappointed of the arrived! awful smell in the hotel! Let's start with the room: old more to the taste of the day TV too small but it's not the most frustrating! Paint faded lock door window broken repaired with a misfit hook! safety deposit box is not working! the Bay room and the health is the pompom! the bidet no longer in use for years. The chutes where spend the pipes are not closed! the tiling of the bathroom is broken and moldy! the tub is black at the bottom so the enamel is worn out! the faucet is rusty and malfunctioning! the tub does not empty! and a note for the safety fire not detector in the rooms! ventilation and AC throughout disgusting! the more room the mattresses are comfortable but I preferred not to check their condition. Cot Spa… we continuous shower in very bad conditions all without exception! the locker room I don't mid not venture because it is and time in the State of wear without cache to the taken… the sauna and the hammam are acceptable next to everything else we see from a positive point of view. The pool it's a shame the jets do not work but one State of the nation are equal to the hotel old and not maintained. The positive point is that the establishment is clean. What makes dirty it is the unhealthiness of the materials! the restaurant is fortunately well you can you comforted by eating well and the prices are affordable for a seaside Spa. The staff is nice. Care are successful. The stay is expensive for these disappointing performances.

Unfortunately the hotel so beautiful in its grandeur, near the sea that we visited 10 years in a row at all lost.

Our latest arrival. Bathroom and disgusting room, furniture broken gardens, cleaning ladies not motivated at all. At our request someone at the front desk came to check and gave us reason, without more, without solution or another. The entire building is dirty, has a bad smell.
The breakfast was before so well, now underneath it all.

It's a shame because the environment is superb, with good management, this could be a nice hotel like 10 years ago.

Downside hotel a little lack of refresh in pool a single jet on five who market the bathroom radiator doesn't damage because a good relaxing time again.

Very noisy not all friendly to the very old spaces, of rust in the basins, not very cheerful staff deserves to make a point and a makeover modern about their business, in the entrance and in the corridors there a smell of moisture I would stay at this hotel.

A spa of shit! very room; not d maintenance, of the personal incompetent of rust in the brefffff l scam basins, keep your own money.

Always perfect, good location, very friendly staff. Rooms very well (this improves). The restaurant is very good. Otherwise I will just say the direction, that there a problem maintenance especially on the party pool, hammam etc (free space). Otherwise I'll come back.

The hotel is based around a spa facility and many of the hotel services are aimed at the spa clientele. Good quality and clean hotel rooms. Excellent restaurant within the hotel, although many others are close by. Excellent location on the beach on the eastern outskirts of town. Easy walking distance — about 10 minutes — from the centre of town.
