What a hole! Cassis is fabulous and I’ve been coming to the town for 41 years, but this is our first time at this hotel and most certainly the last. 250€ per night and I can’t think of a single good thing to say about it. Terrible breakfast service. Uninterested staff. No replacement loo paper. No replacement soap. No bath mats. Useless Wi-Fi. No power in the bathroom unless you leave the lights on. Air conditioning won’t stay on unless the key is in the electricity slot (thankfully we managed to use any old loyalty card to overcome that inadequacy! ). Plug doesn’t function in the bath so only option is shower which has no curtain or screen. We supposedly have a superior room, but all that entails is a huge bed in a small room therefore no space to move around. I could go on but I’m hoping you’re getting the message people. Avoid this place even if your life is depending on it.

Reserved a suite Canaille (2-4 people) to €365 I find myself in a suite small paradise (2 people) to €315… So we were 3 to sleep in the same bed. In addition, flap that does not work, chasing flowing, leaking bathtub…
Advertising, photos and personal liar (a lady in particular quite unpleasant)! A shame.
We feel disturbed when we explain our problem or rather their scam!
No solution (camp bed more than doubtful for a suite at €365…) 1 PDJ offered ridiculous for a PDJ * * * and the price of the rooms. Toaster that doesnt work, very very little choice, juice bottled, no salty… Pitiful from the beginning to the end of the stay.
Another guest has booked a sea view and it is found on the garden side… The problems in this hotel are therefore commonplace.
No commercial gesture was made despite insistence…
No name of the rooms indicated on the doors which allows to give the different rooms to the head of the client!
Serte a nice decoration IKEA, sea view Super and comfortable bedding but that worth it €365? Same price sea view in Cannes in a 4/5 stars.

Hotel very well located, well decorated, but without the services of a 3 star hotel. The little paradise suite on the 1st floor is disappointing for its exhorbitant price. The breakfast is not quality either and the parking exceptionally expensive. Hotel to avoid.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon travels and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, the view was amazing and we loved every minute we were here. Short 5 — 10 minute walk into town, far enough away to feel secluded. Can't wait to come back! Thank you to Celine who works at reception, and the other staff for making us feel 'at home'.

I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2017. The staff was lovely (and they all spoke English really well), and I had a great experience at the Spa. The room was clean and comfortable (I was sleeping on one of the roll away beds and even that was great), and It's got a perfect location for Cassis : a short walk from the more crowded centre of town and across the street from a beautiful beach. 5/5. Would recommend.

Hotel with a spectacular view of the bay in front. Well-maintained structure in detail. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant to recommend. The breakfast normal nothing special. In the hotel there is also a spa with massage staff and beautician, if you do a treatment the entrance to the spa is free. There is a possibility to have a pay parking spot if necessary.

Attention do not reserve in advance, the prices are more expensive! I paid 280euros at night and arriving on site the rate was 220euros!

Beautiful place, the rooms are very beautiful.
A design hotel, very good for a night in love Attention in winter it is a bit cold in the room and summer the price is high.

Good location with sea view, welcoming staff, at least the day, as the staff at night not top, room clean, simple, by cons the restaurant was closed, the spa opened at office hours, and on Saturday evening the bar was closed, and all this not indicated É on the reservation site, plus it do works so not top.

Very friendly staff, clean, all extra wishes are fulfilled.

There is only the view that is beautiful for the rest c. Is really disappointing considering the price of the room (handle that remains in our hands, not d. Hot water one evening, cleanliness of the room not great, work all day in the hallway, very noisy, patron rude to her customers and employees and J. On the Go) I do not recommend it at all.

Noise Nuisance with the room next door, you hear the conversations.
The SPA remains very good and professional listening to the customer, I advise.
On the restoration side, a pity that noble and simple products are not worked at its fair value, the price is not at the height of the addition.

A lack of sleep. Can only give two stars due to lack of sleep on any of our three nights. On the first night the air conditioning unit started to spill water. A porter came with a mop that was stinking and gave us a replacement portable unit which didn't work. The second and third nights were interrupted by noise coming from bars down by the beach. And once again the air conditioning unit was too noisy for sleeping. Our complaint was not reported to management as promised and when paying the receptionist said she was not a aware of anything. No apology offered. The rooms are also quite dirty with lots of marks on the walls. Restaurant is nice but very expensive for what you get. This hotel is great for the views but very little else. The same complaints were conveyed to the hotel so I have to be honest here too.

Nice rooms, quiet. Nice terrace for antipasti and aperitif. On the other hand restaurant to advise against!

We were very disappointed. The room was small and renovated by a "handyman". On arrival, 2 sachets of herbal tea in the tray of courtesy… and that's it (no sugar, no coffee etc). You have to put the kettle on the floor to be able to plug it, the mixer did not work: could not shower with sunburn. The doorknob of the door remained in our hands. The worst is the breakfast, yet we had called on purpose because it was a main choice criterion for us: it has nothing of a BUFFET only drinks are at will.
In fact we pay the view on the beach and it is all alone positive: the staff is welcoming but it does not catch the rest.

Spent multiple evenings at the deck bar. What a lovely view and incredible service. One of the most memorable parts of Cassis.

Stayed there for part of our honeymoon. It was fantastic. We had the largest room, it was a great size, high ceilings, had a great balcony, great view. It was totally romantic, great service. We did look inside other rooms, when we were walking in the hallway and they were cleaning them. Standard rooms are small. Definitely small. Location is great, right across from the beach. I recommend it.

Air Conditioning dripped all night. And the nextdoor neighbors smoked on their patio all night. Needless to say, it was hot in there all night. Staff seemed like it didn't care much about customers.

Great location, only problem the owner is dishonest and so was the receptionist, we got clearly robbed last summer for a lot of money. I Will never recommend this place! Problems with such places they do not care since their location is great and clients will always come so they think they can treat people as they want… thanks fully now there is this app and others.

Absolutely fabulous hotel — stayed in their suite with a magnificent view of the bay. High season, yet good value for money.

A wonderful time.
Arrival: The receptionist search nervously in his filing cabinets and eventually announce us the reserved sea view room is no longer available (due to computer problem, of course. )
She reports 5 times that she's sorry.
But no solutions. In desperation causse, she gives a garden view room (a pity that I cannot publish. ) and promises to provide us with breakfast.
We had right has a limit for a 3 room *, a view on an embankment, and therefore could not take advantage of the hotel, its terrace or his restaurant.
Despite 50% discount, and the efforts of the night receptionist (another stay and meal offered) so that we get back, we won't go back!
Nice place, but do to validate the good booking your room before you leave.

Room "standard" 119 in November: exceptional sea view from the bed, and a comfortable terrace with Lounger. Bed was comfortable, bathroom limit for a 3 * (coating comes off, curtains of dodgy shower and many other details) but still functional.

The the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly — excellent! Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was very special. The modern furniture on the front terrace is very aesthetic. We had a room on the garden side with a little balcony. The decor was French provincial. We would return and stay longer.
