Deplorable home. Clogged sink and bathtub. Ignore the remarks.
Only positive very good breakfast.
Did not accept the bank card.

The hotel itself is in a nice location. Can't walk into town easy, but if you are out here you probably have a car. However the problem is that the quality of the rooms is deplorable, to say the least. We were not willing to stay the night due to the amount of hair found on the ground (if you moved your foot across the carpet, it dug up quite a bit of hair). The beds were also very short and awkward, and the bathroom was rusty. A top all of this, the manager seemed extremely rude, and dismissive of our complaints (which led us to go elsewhere). The location has a lot of promise, and the building just needs to be taken care of better.

I put a star because less you can! Crumbs in bed, sockets with exposed cables, NO soap in the bathroom (the guy at the hotel told me to buy it at the convenience store! And those who have more put more. I forgot, at the reception they only talk French! Contrary to what is written on the site, you only pay in singers. Scounseled and caro!

Hotel with potential but poorly maintained. Too bad everything is done to the ECONOMY. Not even a cup in the Bathroom.

A small evening/stage in this hotel allowed us to enjoy a value for money more than satisfying. The very decent dinner, the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the bedding, and, icing on the cake, the friendliness of the boss, participated in this feeling of not being deceived by choosing this establishment. Of course, a refreshment of the facilities would be a plus, but it would no longer be in the same price range. So let's savor what is offered to us by staying quite objective. Thank you for the welcome and the pleasure of coming back home.

Hotel offering a beautiful view on the Château de Gréoux les Bains. The rooms are a bit dated and there are no electrical outlets to recharge PC or phone.

I could have put nothing I would have put. I thought I was in a housing estate the kind building transformed into a hotel the icy cold everywhere and no hot water in the rooms. Let's not talk about the dinner while I had the finally we have the feeling of eating s the box not cooking and breakfast at will let's talk in no will at all there is nothing sickening coffee and time. To have the value of three hot chocolate exceeded 20 minutes and always an icy room we would have believed in the North pole.

Our stay here was like a diaper-Mare! Already we call at the beginning of the afternoon to warn the hotel that we will arrive very late. A gentleman replies and tells us that he will leave us the hotel open, that we must go up to our room which will be also open, with the key inside! Besides, the way to talk about this gentleman was clearly not at all professional, it looks like he fighting me. We did what he said, and there's a surprise! The room did not correspond at all to the pictures on the internet! It was a bit scary even, but there was no manager at the hotel, everything was closed. The next day we had planned to go to the hotel pool, but again, neither the pool nor the terrace matched the pictures seen on the internet. Everything was dirty and in very bad shape! So we went to have our breakfast which was a buffet, but then again it was abused! Just slices of baguette cut with a little jam for 7 euros! We went upstairs to get our stuff and we buried this place!

Well if I was in the Soviet Union I would start this with Comrades Swimming pool which was well received due to the heat that day of 38° This is a One Man run hotel with the same guy cooking, serving, reception, bar and even cleaning the pool however would I say he is happy with customer service Ha Ha Not! Didn't eat there and decided to walk in to the little town which is a mile away up and down hills. Did ask if there was a taxi service but was told not (however found them the next day as we was leaving Thanks! Room are very basic and the aircon is leaving the window open Hot water wasn't forthcoming and just stayed cold and we have stayed in better. After night fall the man goes home and locks up the hotel area and so your left with access to your room only and that's your lot One night was fine, but any longer we all would have been suidcidal.

High up in the mountains, great view and lovely pool. However, in spite of a great canvas, just one grumpy staff member run ragged, no tea/coffee making facilities, no easy access water, unclean delph, oh and "shower" meaning "hold the hose over your head, good luck" makes for a level of disappointment : (
