Very impersonal but very welcoming staff.

I witnessed Saturday morning a nasty altercation between the receptionist and a client to whom she did not want to give him a room because it was not yet noon! I was shocked by the behavior of this receptionist, we would have thought a crazy 🤦 ♀ ️ never again I put my feet there!

The staff are lovely the non-alcoholic cocktails are terrible just steps from the train station what better.

It's mostly very close to the station when you have a train to catch in the morning.
The restaurant is nice.
Nothing out of the ordinary.
But I recommend it's a good hotel.

Close to the railway station and the ce tre of the city. Rooms and service very correct.

People are very friendly. Go out of there way to help you to have a great vacation.

A very functional hotel if your traveling by train, staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Clean and comfortable room although rather small bathroom, as I was traveling alone this was not a problem. Ertainly use the hotel again when I return to Marseille by train.

Clean and nice IBIS. Visit in the context of the Marathon of Marseille and we slept very well in the bedding of good quality!
Small downside: The elevator is very very small, not very fast either!
The view from our room to the 7th floor is unsatisfactory… very helpful staff and even offers to keep our suitcases after rendering the keys to the room.
Crossing in Marseille I go back without worries.

Cramped room, Ascenszur small and long for a 7-floor hotel. Medium cleanliness Service, traces of limestone and mould… If not good and helpful staff. Bedding and Breakfast in the Ibis standards… Hotel of passage to avoid if you wish to spend a good time on Marseille…

Friendly hotel with a nice staff where you can find very nice rooms in value for money.
They are certainly small but clean well kept and the bedding is comfortable.

It smells like moisture! And every time! (I tried the experiment twice. )

Very very small rooms, expensive rates. Our room had a view towards the main street, you can feel and hear the tram passing by every time. Not recommend!

Even though not exactly city-centre, it is at a very good location, right next to the station / metro. Tourist hub is therefore easily reachable. Good food, decent bar, friendly staff. Rooms a wee bit on the tiny side, specifically the bathroom. But the beds are good quality. Most certainly would recommend this hotel.

Hand location near the station (obviously). Good value for money. Nice and clean and has air con.

Nice and minimal rooms, friendly staff, obviously excellent location for train riders and surprisingly good in hotel restaurant with a great choice of dishes.

As a college student, I found Ibis unbelievably comfortable and decently affordable. It's super close to the Gare if you have a heavy suitcase because otherwise, you have to bring your things down a ridiculous number of stairs before you even reach other hotels.

Nice to stay. The food and bakery was great!

Great location next to the train station. For frequent travellers an ideal place with a good value for Marseille.

The restaurant is to be avoided, service is very long, the omissions or errors are many!

Dusty rooms for a 3-star hotel, and breakfast really minimal (€10 per day for pots of empty jam at breakfast? ). Fortunately, friendly staff!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it probably won't be the last!  

Good, clean bedding. The breakfast was good. Average dinner.

Efficient and friendly welcome, warm atmosphere of the common spaces, cooking quality, quiet environment close to the Gare St Charles.

I find nice hotel apart from the shower room which is narrow but I will say that it is normal because the ibis are almost all the same.

Paper cardboard walls, noisy… a person is entered by mistake ds my rooms because welcome him was mistaken… great I was in my pajamas!
power outage… not satisfied at all!

The quality of the room leaves to be desired, it's own limit and the bathroom is not better without SOAP in the shower with a curtain…
the breakfast is standard.
