Staff really friendly and accommodating. Very quiet despite the proximity of the hospital, very well located to visit Marseille with a metro station 350 meters away. I recommend it.

Super nice, huge underground parking (what to get lost) very accommodating! Small gym and sauna at the top! I'll go back.

The beds are good, location is good (near metro). Just anything you need from a decent priced hotel room.

Everything is clean, friendly staff.
No Wi-Fi, to connect to the Wi-Fi network you have to wait 5-10min and still there is 80% chance that it does not connect.

The personal is great but the rooms are old and rooms. We also had to change rooms because the first one had not been washed properly…
Way too expensive for what it is.

Too much dust not practical for asthmatic the carpet is very very dirty damage for people who want to walk barefoot I will not come back.

We had a 3 day stay in these aparthotels.
The +: Nice staff and establishment rather well situated (close to the metro and the city center), room quite spacious when you are there for a short stay.
The —: cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom that leaves strongly to be desired. The carpet on the stairs is much cleaner than the one in the room. Go figure it out! We had a dusty room with box springs or there were red (dodgy) stains. The dishes were also not terrible. Noisy hallway.
In short, we do not recommend this hotel if you want to rest and relax.

3 Star Hotel But with excellent quality, from the rooms to the food, really great. The only slight flaw is the efficiency of the waiters which are not always excellent.

Nice room. The bathroom was very nice. Parking (paying) in the basement. The only downside is the breakfast which is not open until 7am. Not very practical if you have to leave early.

I don’t know where to start with Hipark… the administration has changed two months ago and they fired everyone but three persons. I thought this was the reason nobody cleaned the room after two days but apparently you have to pay extra for someone to come do the cleaning. Then the breakfast price has been increased from 10 to 15 € without changing anything to the quality (which is sub-par, the eggs are disgusting and the fruit salad is fermented). If you paid for this while doing the reservation on the internet like most organized travelers, they will have no trace of this whatsoever. I had to pull out the e-mail confirmation three times to prove them it was paid for. The gym and sauna are advertised as their highlights but they are both terrible. The gym has absolutely no weightlifting equipment, only a few cardio machines that are all more than due for replacement. The sauna has a huge safety hazard as the top bench is not screwed in. Easy to topple and fall, potential injuries there. Very relaxing. Then there’s the shower. The design is terrible as the faucet is pointy and directly in your knees. If that’s not enough, you’ll find that the water gets colder and colder, making you wonder if they’re running out of hot water but it’s like that each time. Finally, keeping only three employees with experience means that nobody knows what to do when something breaks down like the elevator or the coffee machine.

Appt Hotel with large room and bathroom and a nice kitchenette area La Timone. Very friendly staff. Price of the rooms high in view of the location but very correct with groupion.

Practical as it is facing the hospital it looks clean but if one approaches ouch (carpet stained tile wall moldy stained with Halo…)

Very well received, very quiet as a hotel for a city center. Just the breakfast a little light in relation to the price.

We have benefited from a great rate thanks to group. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

Nearby Subway. Located in front of the hospital. As a result continuous noises of ambulances.

It's been 2 times that I spent 1 week at this hotel for a training (1 week last year and 1 this year) and there's always something down. Last year Wi-Fi and TV for 2 days as well as the lift (not practical with the suitcase at 7th…), this year the computer and some TV channels. It's a real shame. There are stains on the carpet and the joints in the bathroom are not sharp… still a pity. Otherwise not far from the subway access and the shot has 20 minutes from the station and 10 from the old port which is not bad.

The room is spacious. Kitchen equipped nothing to say. C damage C You want to ask for room service, you have to pay 10 euros more. It is necessary to count the 3rd days for change sheets and towels for the bathroom.

Beautifully kitted out and clean. Great breakfast buffet.

The hotel is well located and it is relatively easy to park nearby for free. The staff is nice and welcoming.
The decoration is neat and well equipped rooms.
A little flat on the cleanliness of the room, the curtains were stained from all sides as the carpet and the walls are many traces, it is my only regret. Bedding and bathroom were clean. For the price, it's still a very nice place.

Having passed recently 5 nights at HIPARK Residence Marseille thank l ' together of the reception which are very nice and welcoming staff. I love their performance, quiet Hotel.
It is reassuring to find a Hotel like that also ready of the Timone CHU.

BEDBUGS! Stayed here July 2013-August 2013 and this hotel has bedbugs. I found one crawling on my bag, and we were bitten. STAY AWAY unless you want to risk an infestation.
