Stunning location 5 minutes walk from the Harbour Wharf, restaurants, supermarket and shops. The studio I rented was clean, bright and very functional since there was a kitchenette equipped (mini fridge, hot plate, kettle, kitchen battery and cutlery). I loved this place and would rent again when the opportunity arises.

It is important to highlight there is no parking in the hotel, you need to pay extra for parking close to it. The air conditioner was not working and they could not manage to fix it. The recepcionists couldn't speak English very well and made lot of confusion, including putting us on separate rooms, different to what was requested on our reservation. Rooms are not in their best conservation, mainly the bathrooms. Neighborhood is not that beautiful. Although the location is food and close to the vieux port. I would not stay there again.

A little crowded staff available to Park C is not terrible.

Staff very friendly but the room leaves to be desired in terms of hygiene and equipment for a appart'hotel.

It is located fairly close to city centre. Close proximity to the harbour area, 10 minutes walk, where great dining with excellent view of the harbour. Rooms were fairly adequately sized and furnished with self laundry facility provided. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast were fairly cheap comparatively with standard of living in France. Self parking is provided on site with discounted rate of Euro 15 per day. It's a fair deal. I think I would recommend stay at this hotel.

Brand new and completely renovated hotel but smells of kitchen not very pleasant in the hallways…

Beautiful, warm and the reception is very inviting. Just happiness. The rooms are beautiful and offer a singular comfort for a apparthotel.

Excellent accomodation and facility but poor Wi-Fi connection.

My room was on the second floor, with two windows not so big.
The kitchenette area is well appointed, the shower correct but the WC is a cramped and not enough ventilated.
The room was not very hot (at the cold limit), with a TV (small) with a table below and no near power outlet for the computer.
The breakfast (9 euros) caught me abusive, especially since on the street of the Republic nearby there is a choice!

Well positioned near the Mitique district of Marseille "Le basket". The rooms are well equipped. Just a little flat. Daily cleaning is not provided in supplement.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Room was well appointed with everything we needed and a nice bath. We didn't use the kitchen but it was appreciated. Separate toilet was also great. A little bright due to thin curtains at night but quiet.

I had a good stay in the studio which was great, well equipped, the housekeeping was very good, home really nice thanks to the blond girl and the young man from the front desk for their dynamism, smile. Hotel close to the city center with transport around.

The location is very good, one street back from one of the main thoroughfares, five minutes walk from all the main attractions and located two minutes from one supermarket and three minutes from another, important because this is fully self catered. The rooms are well appointed with good sized and comfy beds, fridge-freezer, microwave, cooking job and enough cutlery and crockery to allow you to do basic meals. The staff were efficient and very friendly. The rooms were all clean and well appointed. The only real downside was the water pressure of the shower, which I believe is a Marseille thing, and having a single pillow. All in all I can positively recommend staying here if you are coming to Marseille.

The woman working in the reception called me a b*tch We are still shocked and have a video of that on you tube. Be careful if you want to book it.

Don't deserve the four stars. Air conditioning not top. A lot of rat on the edge.

The exterior appearance of the building is a bit degeux but once inside it is totally different. The rooms are beautiful and well air-conditioned. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. I keep a very good memory of it, counselor. View of the sea as a bonus ^^

If you book for 3 people The third bed you have to do it yourself… never seen such a thing and it is not even explained before… smells of smoke in the room.
The reception was very helpful.

The hotel itself is very good. Beautiful rooms with nice terrace well oriented. Unbeatable price. Good Service.
But the environment: it's the area. It's dirty and we won't leave his car overnight. No parking we had to leave it in a private car park at 20 euros a day.

Hotel that impersonates X luxury hotel and has like bed a sofa bed. The breakfast will make you pay apart despite the room costs an eye of the head. Staff at the reception rude. Light years of Italian hospitality are far away.

Room service is very desorganise. They claim that we clean the rooms once a week. "" We stayed ' two weeks and they tries to abscond and make fun of us saying we: "tomorrow it cleaned the room" and the next day: "today is day holiday" "tomorrow we'll do". The next day we were told it is day public holiday. This way, we can say it is a pity that the investor has cost much but the management is catastrophic.

I am in favour of some comfort when I travel but I don't travel to live at the hotel.
There we found a fair compromise in a hotel where hospitality was perfect.
Breakfasts are plentiful and range from 8 H 00 to 10 H 30 with a lot of choice.
The apartments are relatively spacious and integrated "kitchenette" (M. O. Cookers, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator) are sufficient.
Are not directly on the boulevard, the environment remains very relaxing.
Just 1 or 2 remarks: the tub is very slippery (bring a towel inside for showers), the absence of hood or evacuation of odors can make cooking (fish for example) hazardous, or even uncomfortable.
