Impeccable room; I enjoyed the air conditioning easy to adjust; on the other hand, private toilets on the landing and be forced to handle room keys and that of the toilet to go wash hands. Not top. I wouldn't do it again.
On the other hand, I regret that I was loaned a dirty electric kettle, which I could not use.
Again, the price that had been given to me at the start by the Tourist Board and accepted by the manager when I arrived,
had to be discussed again when I left.! On the other hand, I do not think the sanitary facilities on the level deserved a higher price.
The welcome was nice, despite the minor annoyances and the hotel well located, close to the city centre.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at the ground floor of short side, the rooms were quiet, spacious, well equipped and very clean. Excellent bedding. The patio is very nice.
Breakfast was very good.
Small plus not negligible, the fact of being able to leave his vehicle in the parking lot even when we have returned his room, which allows to go for a stroll in the streets of AIX.
We were delighted with our stay at the Concorde, and will definitely come back.

Just one important remark: the floor of the shower receptor (room 25) is very slippery. For the safety of all, it is essential to put a carpet and a handle to stand. Thank you.

Perfect location, about 500 MT from Course Mirabeau and about 1 km from the cathedral and little more for the study of Cézanne…
Rooms bright and clean, all you need is there. The breakfast is happy. There are small croissants, rusks or sliced bread to warm up, normal fresh bread or with raisins, butter jam, yogurt, fruit and for those who want a breakfast salted boiled egg, ham and cheese. So nothing to complain about. Private parking is for a fee. Courteous staff both in reception and in the room during breakfast. Recommended.

The hotel is very well located. It's close to the center, the restaurant and the shops. A 5 minute course Mirabeau.
The hotel has a car park. The rooms are large and clean. The employees were very attentive and gave us good advice.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, especially with. A private garage where to leave the car, less expensive than the public parking. Although it is on a main avenue NN is so noisy, then in five minutes you will easily arrive in the old town with its museums restaurants and the characteristic fountains.

I had visited this hotel during a stay a few years ago and I had enjoyed the property very much. I wanted to come back for a professional trip and I was just as satisfied with it.
I will come back regularly for a year and have already positioned reservations.

The hotel is in a great location to visit the city, there is a convenient garage for a fee. Our room on the third floor was comfortable clean and with a small balcony furnished.

A small two-star hotel quite insipid. Unpleasant welcome, haughty and contemptuous hostess. She should be wary of travellers who are almost professional, well-to-do and more educated than she is. Little icy room on arrival. Heating not turned on. On the first floor without a lift, spiral staircase. Good bedding. Toilets in the bathroom. To flee.

Very cold room when we arrived. Floor temperature approx. 2 degress. Very simple breakfast. The hotel was not so easy to find. Service was ok.

Un bon hôtel du centre d'Aix-en-Provence et très convenient pour toutes les attractions, musées etc. Il y a le parking sous-terre qui était importante pour nous. Je serai contente de le recommandé aux amis, il a l'air d'être fiable partout.

Tout près du Cour Mirabeau, on peut se promener à pied tranquillement dans un ambiance très géniale, bien manger, et se divertir très facilement.

Excellent value for money. Bravo! Clean and welcome. But frame and décor a little cold. Near center: really appreciable. Good soundproofing although the room overlooked the boulevard. Breakfast correct.

Nice rooms but not ready staff although very friendly. Room on the 1st floor without Elevator. With a stroller is very difficult to Reach. Asked cradle, but I had to install it ALONE.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. It was exactly what I needed for my night in Aix en Provence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable, as the room was clean and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony is fabulous as well! My only suggestion is to perhaps better the Wi-Fi. There were some moments where it was not working at all. Thank you for a great stay.

Enjoyed the refurbished room opening on to a courtyard. Room decorated very tastefully and the bed was comfortable.

Good value for money and excellent location but not a luxury stay! Everything you need in the room apart from the usual tea and coffee however immaculate and all refurbished, light and pleasant surroundings.

It's my 3rd or 4th time in Le Concorde and it's been the best room ever. The only faults I found: rusty bath tap, and black ceramic tiles perimeters, small safe that doesn't allow for laptop and located at inconvenient height. Adding vegetables to the breakfast could help.

Very clean and modern. Our room was recently renovated and they were doing other renos while we were there. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the Cours Mirabeau. They have underground parking which was very handy as I don't like to park on the street. Very friendly staff. There is even a sun terrace!

Located a short walk from the city centre, the hotel offers the bare minimum for a single night's stay. The room is very clean and the bathroom is too small and not comfortable. Probably superficial housekeeping saw that behind the curtains we found an olive and on the towel of the stains. Good free Wi-Fi, less air conditioning so weak that you can not refresh the only environment. The receptionist on arrival was friendly, less to check out — after expressly asking to speak in English she kept talking in French, with obvious difficulties of understanding. In short handy just to stay the night and not for more than a day.

Well located near a pedestrian street, not far from Cours Mirabeau, close to the train station, this is a very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. I even had a little balcony out from my room overlooking rooftops & looking toward hills in the distance. Hotel staff were very pleasant & very helpful with information on where to go & how to get there.

This hotel, booking, loaded me €130 in my credit card. June 07, I booked a room and sumptuous day 10. The condition was that it would not have to pay anything, just to get to the hotel and charges would not apply for cancellations within 2 days. My reservation was from 16 to 19. I have written to the hotel and you have not been answered. I'm still waiting.

We have been well received, for a stay of two days, my mother and me. The hotel is clean, bright and well appointed rooms, breakfast in mode open buffet, rich… Only downside: we eventually far from the city center, for people came by train and so walk! We had a lot to walk! But overall, we were satisfied with this hotel.

Ridiculous decoration, staff is falsely friendly.
Rooms can be well ($90), but others are disasters ($60) with window on the street, knowing that it's a grand boulevard don't expect to sleep if you are Summers for the weekend.
The gold is for the room ($ 50), toilet and bathroom are not in the room.
Breakfast is expensive and borderline insulting.
The parking and breakfast paid while it is not specified.
