Restaurant at the top! Super refined and tasty cuisine! I'll be back for sure!

The restaurant is on top! We had a quiet lunch facing the sea, with delicious food and good service.

We did the spa this morning with my husband. Really, really well. Home, benefits nothing to complain about. We recommend it with closed eyes.

The spa and massages are top for having tested them last time, and this time discovery of the new Panoramic, exceptional setting, pretty spirits and neat service. Ideal for impressing your ;)

Fraudulent use of my card to book a room in this hotel. Despite the immediate report from me to the hotel, the amount was debited. Fraud widely identified since the person is not presented at the hotel. Several calls to request contact with a manager that went unanswered, even though the hotel has the phone number and the identity of the thief. The money was therefore recovered by the hotel and no help is provided, deplorable!

We went there for our wedding anniversary. So far so good, the setting is very beautiful and the staff welcoming.

And it all starts.

A Zen aperitif evening including access to the water park, an aperitif dinner (without drink) apart from lemon water and tea, then 15 minutes of massage.

As for the aquatic space, which remains relatively small but can be pleasant, a number of people raised to 15 is far too important especially when in the middle 5 women giggling, brawling, laughing as if they were in a municipal pool.
The necessary calm in these places we expected a reaction from the staff. Well, no.

For the 15-minute massage a punitive expedition. The masseuse were to earn her money and not to relax.

As for the mignardise which are certainly fresh but must lack respect for the hot/cold chain these have made us sick.

Accustomed to spas I strongly advise against this establishment which is absolutely not up to the cachet and the setting it sports.

Very very, very disappointed.

The bathroom smelled like sewage. We imformed the staff but the issue was not fixed during our stay. Beach was small but nice. The view was nice but you had to go out of the room as the glass would fog up obstructing the view. Food was ok. Pool was nice but small.

Spa Just classy and pretty. The employees of the terrace were unfriendly:/

Just beautiful. Room and stunning view! Very pleasant and responsive staff. A small downside for breakfast which has too many pastries for the morning this N is not very nice. We would have preferred more fresh fruit from pancakes and scrambled eggs.

I had a perfect day! The spa staff are very smiling and caring. The services and products are at the top, relaxing assured not to mention the aquatic space and the decoration "Buddha" and the smells very relaxing.
At noon lunch taken on the open-air terrace with a magnificent sea view. Catering staff to small care and very nice, very good meals.
In short, perfect day.

Restaurant and service very average, rooms medium. Very nice view. Jacuzzi on roof too cold. Small but friendly Spa.

Disappointing stay. We were on a business trip and we left as soon as we could. Poor service, receptionists cannot speak a word in English and definitely cannot care less. Wifi wasn't working and noone bothered to fix it. Laundry tainted and shrunk half the items. Finally, the restaurant seems nice, but given the quality and taste, it's way overpriced. The only positive aspect would be the nice architecture of the building.

Unique places. Very nice room as beautiful as the outside. A must-see.

I loved this quiet and restful place. The service is up to the task. On the other hand the restaurant is disappointing and a breakfast without too much choice.

Frame at the top breakfast at the top I dare not imagine the summer frankly an excellent address.

Correct establishment with a beautiful architecture.
The Superior sea View room is not very large but comfortable enough with a baby (baby cot provides gracefully).
The services in the room are correct, no more.
The restaurant is OK but rather expensive considering the quality of the dishes. The service is uneven, on the whole everyone seems a little overwhelmed.
The Five worlds spa is nice but it is rather disappointing to have to pay for access to the spa in this type of hotel. The staff were however very attentive.
The most positive point is undoubtedly the location on the beach and the breathtaking view.

Superb location and great rooms and decor. The spa is luxurious. Only drawback is that the hotel is a taxi ride from the restaurants in Bandol.

I took 1 night + spa to my parents and they were + than pampered! All the staff is in small care from the beginning to the end and treats customers as kings, I will certainly recommend "the Farandole" around me! Thank you!

The restaurant is very expensive for dishes in the end very basic. The first room we were offered felt very bad evacuation problem and no possibility to open the window… We were upgraded to a more comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the perfect pool. Only downside the dog of the former occupants had made its needs on the terrace. The housekeeper came to clean up immediately. The most will have been the possibility to privatize the Jacuzzi for 30 min on the roof just magical… on the other hand for access to the spa impossible all reserved… You must reserve access before your stay.

Morning at the spa very nice! Staff friendly, attentive… quality services. I would highly recommend it.

Right on beach, beautiful sea, lovely pool. Perfect for one night stay. Really liked the large balcony in the room.

The SPA the farandole is first a very friendly staff in a hotel. A spa at the top with equipment of range with which you will be in a total State of Zen. Leaving a view of the sea to die for. Can't wait to go back and share this moment with my darling. I Council strongly the farandole spa, you will not regret it. Thanks again to you and your team.

Very nice hotel but mediocre restaurant: bad service, very bad value for money.

Got a great room and the staff was very helpful. Nice spot away from town. Good walk, short drive.

All services provided by trainees. Very poor Restaurant "le panoramique" waiting 1hour and 10 minutes for a salmon tartare Shuttle hotel/raiway station: 45 Euros! a taxi is 30 Euros I have been charged for the breakfasts, despite the fact that for a suite it is free of charge as written in the booklet Very very expensive for the service Stay away.

We booked at the upper terrace for dinner, unfortunately no meals. The lower restaurant being full, we nevertheless stayed and we has taken, because they serve dinner slates with liver fat, salmon, ham, cheese, and small desserts with a 1/2 bottle of Rosé. The friendliness of the waiters, conviviality and the smile of the Manager allowed us to spend an evening excellent and always with a beautiful view of the Bay.
Congratulations also to the talent of the barman juggler and thanks to the Manager for his coarse salt recipe. Laughing out loud
We came back and we will come back again always with pleasure.
