The view from the terrace with pool is beautiful. I found the staff to be lovely (home, spa, housewives). Breakfast is perfect. Only downside: the "marine course" which is actually a small indoor pool is not at the level of the rest of the property.

Went there for a drink after the beach — we each took a cocktail and they were absolutely horrible, all while costing €12! I mean a real joke. Service was also very average. Not the best place for a cocktail!

Small luxury hotel with professional service and incredible views from your room. Food is a tad on the experimental side and could be fine tuned but quality and tasty.

At the price of the room with a great view of the street and the parked cars, more disappointing services. We have in this hotel a staff who steals the personal belongings left by the guests in the rooms. And of course to fill the whole, the woman who manages the "forgotten" business takes you high behind her phone and offers you a free drink when we come back against accepting that we will no longer dream our lost business… (stolen). 5 star hotel do you say?

Wonderful stay. The hotel is very well located on the beach. Comfortable bedding. Very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good times spent with family on Sunday of Mother's Day at the brewery "the schooner" on the seaside. The quality and freshness of the oysters, the appetizers and the rich and greedy dishes to the desserts. A competent and dynamic staff to bring us the wines and fresh water. View and friendly atmosphere. Nothing to complain about if only I advice this place just to relax and enjoy life.

A delight every visit. Getting there a first time becomes a promise to go back. We go there as often as possible, my wife and I, and have never been disappointed. From the reception to the frame to the care, etc. Everything is just fine.

This hotel deserves its five stars. Everything is perfect. From the personalized reception, valet parking to park your car (€20), the bar, the restaurant with 3 formulas: Beach, snacking and gourmet. Breakfast on the terrace facing the bay. Room of great comfort. Bravo everything is perfect. It is a place to discover as a couple or with friends. The port and the city centre is just a few steps from the hotel.

Stay in this perfect hotel. Very friendly staff, prestige room with perfect sea view.
At the Gourmet restaurant the chef agreed to adapt the menu according to our needs.

Very convenient place for a holiday or just for a longer weekend. Excellent breakfast, continental and English, very tasty cuisine for dinner or lunch. My favorite was Caesar Salad with a glass of Badoit. Sunny weather already available on Easter. Don’t forget to go to the spa zone. Internal and external swimming pool, sauna, hammam and massage. Beautiful sea view. Walk literally 20 steps and put your feet in the Mediterranean Sea!

An unforgettable moment spent with the family. The sunset between pool and sea… the blue lobster of Brittany and beef Madar. One of my most beautiful stay in France.

We perfect! Care, room, reception, bar, etc. The staff is truly top-notch, elegant and discreet.

It is possible to go there just for black a drink. The bartender was very friendly and helpful, great view on the beach.

The good and the least good: the vouchers: — Spacious rooms — the view and the direct access to the less good beach: — Hotel in Works during our visit: Scaffolding right on the view of the spa, the painter who rappelling on your balcony while you are in little Holding you… a little note from the management would have been fine as well as a small shed or a drink at the bar in compensation for all these inconveniences.
— A spa staff who barely say hello/thanks/goodbye… — The noise: the trucks that unload under your window at 6:00 a. M. : Not cool and overall noisy hotel.
— we would have liked an over-ranked sea view that the hotel was far from complete in this season.
— Paid Parking 20 €/night: a bit of an exaggeration as well as the price of drinks from the bar… — Access to the pool prohibits at least 18 years before 18:00 — but hey we say nothing from 17:15 so it can go.
In conclusion this does not deserve 5 *, a good mercury without more…

Great spa hotel right on the beach at Bandol. They even serve Marmite at breakfast! Very rare un France!

Off season.
We were well received, well headed. Extra room with a view of the bay. Gourmet meal. TV with all the channels, there is Wifi in the room. We were able to enjoy the spa, gym, Sona, Hammam. It's a 5 star but still does control its note…

Very good stay in love. Very good reception whether at the hotel or at the spa. Ideal location downtown at 500m. Special Mention and gratitude for the Tibetan Energy Massage Practitioner: I came with pains and thanks to his care the next day almost nothing. Thank you.

Worst 5 star hotel I have ever been. Unprofessional service. I was charged 430 euros a night and didn't even got a room I requested. I do not recommend anyone this hotel.

I took advantage of a long weekend and I'm pleased all and although the valet at the finish, the meal, small breakfast, beds are top and I Board the great lomi lomi massage.

Having already stayed several times in the summer season, it is with disappointment that we close our stay in this month of February 2016.
Indeed we were disappointed by the service and the level of service for a hotel 5 stars:
-Breakfast: disruption of staff and effective under, nonchalance: control of laborious drinks, buffet not re-stocked, absence of glasses, bowls etc (despite the goodwill of a few powerless facing staff members to the situation)
-privilege room: cannot lock the door of our room and despite reported twice to the reception no action has been taken
-room service intrusive
This level displayed stars and pricing… we are way off the mark.

We had a wonderful lunch which was paired beautifully with wines from a local winemaker. Service was stunning and the view is spectacular.

Location — parking of the hotel full, forced to park in a public parking at 2 km. He there had a bus with a 50 people who was in front of us for registration, waiting more than 1 hour. My 7 year old daughter for wait wanted to go swimming. The access he was denied until the room was not resolved. I had full reception first who told explain that there was a settlement and that we should follow them. In the room the toilet is in the bathroom; The gourmet restaurant is very correct, however the beach restaurant is a real "tourist trap". Frozen confessed by the server, € 475 to four. Does not deserve 5 stars.
