This is my happy place! I cannot imagine a summer/early fall without my visit here. The hotel staff is amazing! The town is delightful! Restaurants, my favorite in the world! I am looking forward to my trip again this year! ❤️

Gorgeous service! Amazingly beautiful rooms … and we just checked in. The view out of the sea view rooms are stunningly straight out of a movie! I literally think it's a movie set! If you come to this area… this hotel is a MUST!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. It is very clean, and spacious. And above all, the most spectacular seaside views I have ever seen. I could sit out on the patio all night. It's straight out of a dream!

I have been going to this wonderful hotels for many years, a very special view and serene surroundings across from St Jean Cap Ferrat!

We arrived in Nice, lat last night, drove to Villefranche-sur-Mer. One of the most beautiful places on earth — the Welcome Hotel offers one of the most dramatic view's of the Cote e'Azur. Friendly and excellent staff as well.

Julien greeted us warmly and from our arrival the service was exceptional. Bar service was very prompt and a special thank you to the young gentleman server. A rolled up picture my daughter had purchased was left at a table across the street while having a coffee in the afternoon and that evening we got it back from him. The hotel's location is superb, rooms good… especially balcony/view. Great stay for our family of six.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our late check in due to our flight being cancelled. Rooms were lovely and modern with a great bathroom and gorgeous views!

Traditional little Hotel on the water at beautiful VilleFranche. Very, very small rooms (even the most spacious ones). Nice breakfast. Axoll at the bar and Olivier at the front desk are legendary stars. Very over priced though and you can even stay in the middle of Monaco at better rates. A beautiful setting though!

We travel a lot and this was one of our favorite hotels we've ever stayed at. Room 18 was incredible, the view was amazing and the staff was SO nice and helpful! Simply loved our stay — THANK YOU!

The room was not thoroughly cleaned in between the guests before us and our stay. We had to request that the bathroom was cleaned and the sheets were changed. The concierge did offer us a complimentary glass of wine as an apology. Also the air conditioner broke and our last night there was unbearably hot. If not for these issues we would have really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very nice and the room a good size with a great terrace.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an adorable little town (not far from Nice). Hotel staff is friendly and amazing! View from the hotel room is amazing — and you are RIGHT across from the water. Highly recommend.

Dreamlike location. The German and Russian-speaking gentleman at the reception was very nice, competent and helpful. Quite great. Otherwise we would have a nice room with great views and great balcony. Shortly around, we felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Je suis d' Irelande. We had a wonderful stay and found the reception staff extremely helpful. Each was a mine of information, the location and hotel was all that was required as there are such good local restaurants very closeby. Perhaps slightly pricey for the facilities but what was provided was excellent and suited us. Would like to return. Very helpful parking our car in their garage.

Another wonderful holiday at the Welcome, spoiled on the last evening by the stubborness of the bar manager who refused to turn down or change the music, which was not suited to the clientele. His only interest appeared to be in closing the bar to get finished. A great shame really as all the other staff including the other bar staff were so wonderful to us. It is not the first time this individual has been awkward with us. Scottish Couple, Edinburgh.

Love this hotel and staff, great location. Returned time & time again — love it!

Bedroom soooo small suitable for midgets! Obviously a very small bed with my legs hanging out. No room to unpack the luggage and nowhere to put away the luggage. Although had a neat bedroom, but again it was so small that one keeps hitting the knee to the sink in order to go into the bath. Clean towels always available. Clean bedsheets and can have a very good breakfast with a wonderful seaview. Hotel administration very welcoming and very friendly. Poor Wi-Fi available in the room but stronger in the breakfast area. Good music in the evenings.

Excellent stay! Nice setting, and especially a very considerate, professional and small care staff… which is not always the case in the region.

An absolutely fabulous place and people… adorable, like Olivier, and… I don't remember the first name! It's a pity, but it is the gentleman, at the reception, who had booked us the table at the restaurant, the "roof", I think. Thank you for your welcome! Very nice place, very classy! I loved it.

Beautiful view of the Gulf of Villefranche. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

A breakfast so pleasant in the sun and in addition with a sweet, very sweet price with a breathtaking view of the Port La Baie and the Chapel Jean Cocteau. For aperitifs, large choice of even organic wine and even better with a plate of deli and cheese. The staff (all the bar staff) is smiling and caring. Another little effort to make for musical evenings.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It's in a great location. The room was a little small, but well appointed. The staff were very friendly and I can't speak about the breakfast as I didn't have any. (€18 for continental seems a little steep) Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will certainly be back.

Just wonderful! We so enjoyed our brief stay and look forward to returning to Hotel Le Welcome. All of the staff were so kind and helpful The Concierge and the young women doing the petite déjeuner were outstanding. Thank you to all of the staff.

From our arrival to departure, welcome, service, efficiency, kindness out of par, Olivier, Magali, Charlotte and the others, all great making our stay perfect.

Your hotel is aptly named — from the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Your front desk staff is phenomenal. They helped us arrange for a taxi to go the airport on departure — even offered us an espresso as we waited it for the taxi to arrive (helped that early morning! ). There is no doubt in my mind that we would stay there again if we are ever lucky enough to be in the Cote d'Azur again.

Tremendous location, great history, great terraces (although the door to one jammed shut? ), very good reception, but the room size was too small and the bath was outdated.

The most perfect place for romantic holidays, peaceful recreation in the most beautiful village on the french riviera makes you a better person after a short visit! The most excellent and giving hospitality is given by Olivier, Magali, Julien, Charles and the rest of the crew. Welcome Hotel has a splendid location, a warm, authentic athmosphere, enhanced by pictures, drawings and quotes written around the Hotel by Jean Cocteau who lived at room twentytwo while painting beautiful wallpaintings in the chappelle next door. All rooms has a wonderful sea view from small balconies. The best Hotel experience you find on the French Riviera!

Fantastic service. The staff here are probably the best in the area. Attentive, aware, caring and courteous. They always knew my and my pregnants wife order (corona and zero alcohol beer). Well done welcome hotel. You set the necessary standard people expect. Thanks for a great time.

A great location on the banks of Villefranche. It's a nice home. Just parking to be planned around the citadel or farther.

Charming hotel, very nice room, unforgettable view on the harbour of Villefranche, its boats, cobbled alleys and delicious restaurants. Le +: Very attentive staff, hotel close to Nice/Monaco.

It's always a great pleasure to spend a few days there, never enough. Perfect stay in a hotel where one is really welcome.
